It has been highlighted how outstanding this place is while shopping for a replacement due to the shutdown. I have really struggled to find anything in the area has come close. Real shame this outstanding childcare service is being shutdown.

The food is amazing also my little one on average has 2 serves for lunch. The location is convenient and the outdoor play area for the kids is very spacious.

With an unsettled child at first, Ying (our nursery educator) would hold my child to sleep for them to get their rest in). Every educator plays such a huge role in making the place it is today. Food is nutritious, facilities clean, lots of natural light and spacious. Of course, huge credits also go to Lucinda and Nikki for making the place as it is today. Such empathic, professional leaders who is ready to step in to help ratio and knows every child’s quirks at the top of their heads. It’s been so hard touring other centres where Lucinda and team had set the bar so high!!!

Nicole used to cradle her until she fell asleep! It's clear the team really cares and works hard to bond with the children. Shout out to Loren, Vicky, Sonali, Varinder, Haiyan, Kripa, Tracy, Louise who have also developed a close bond with our daughter. She also eats a lot less dinner after childcare days as she absolutely loves the food and snacks there.

My child has been attending since October last year and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff & their level of care and the facilities Lucinda and Nikki (centre manager and assistant centre manager) know every parent and child by name and always go out of their way to make sure any questions or concerns are addressed The educators are all incredibly caring and were incredibly supportive in helping my child transition into day care. Ying and Nicole are always amazing when I drop my child off and they make sure she is happy and comfortable when I leave. I know they both also spent many many hours at the beginning carrying her when she wouldn’t settle or sleep. I really felt they went above and beyond to help hwr adapt

The space felt calm, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, which made a big difference knowing my child would be spending time there. The educators were genuinely caring and attentive, taking the time to comfort and engage with each child in a warm and patient way. I appreciated how smoothly the daily routines were run, as it showed consistency and helped the children feel secure. Seeing my child happy, settled, and actively exploring the environment gave me real confidence in the quality of care being provided. It’s reassuring to know they’re in such a nurturing and supportive space each day! Thank you!

We’ve had a really positive experience at Greenwood Penrith. The educators have been so caring and supportive, and it’s been amazing to see how much our daughter has grown during her time here. She’s really come out of her shell, built confidence, and learned so many new things. It gives us so much comfort as parents to see her happy, laughing, and excited when we pick her up each day. A big thank you to Sahrraine, Brittany, Lisa, Madiha, Komal, JT and Tesha for the care and dedication you’ve shown! It truly makes a difference. We’re very grateful for the role the team has played in her development and the nurturing environment they’ve created. We’re really going to miss you all. Thank you for everything you’ve done! ❤️

Our family has been at Greenwood Hunters Hill for almost three years now. Our oldest son is now in the preschool room and... Our family has been at Greenwood Hunters Hill for almost three years now. Our oldest son is now in the preschool room and is known and supported well by the caring and thoughtful staff in there. I loved that when my baby was ready to start at daycare too I knew that both my boys would have a place at the same centre together. I also love that there is always availability to pick up a casual day, change days or add on extra days. This is helpful in those early years, when life patterns change frequently with family and work. The staff there in nursery, toddler and preschool rooms are all lovely and I've only ever had green flags from all of them. Amy has been there since our first visit and is now the centre manager. She is warm and welcoming. She is helpful to parents and knows each child individually. Cons would be that I wish that daycare (this one included) didn't have to cost so much in this country, but I am willing to pay for well supported and valued staff. I also know that other centres have more offsite experiences and special event days. This one doesn't do that, but I would recommend Greenwood Hunters Hill to others looking for a stable and safe place for their kids.

Greenwood Burwood East is the best childcare centre in the southeast! They have the best teachers in the world! As an anxious mum, I feel very lucky to have found this place. The manager and teachers are always patient, responsive, and genuinely care about every question I have. Teachers like Vidhi and Hazel share clear and specific details about my child’s day, which I really appreciate. My son is stronger in Chinese than English and had trouble making friends at first, but after I spoke to the teachers, they helped him straight away and he made a new friend that same day. The whole environment is warm and full of care, even the children are friendly and kind. This place has given both my child and me a real sense of comfort and security.
