My daughter 8 months at the time going through separation anxiety and did not like daycare one bit and I struggled with the mum guilt everyday! However in just 1 month she was no longer crying on drop off and pick up and in just 4 months she now wakes up, eats breakfast and if we don’t immediately go to daycare she will cry at the door with her backpack on! Greenwood have been exceptional on all levels and couldn’t recommend it enough through the amazing teachers who dedicate their days being a secondary parent to your little one and who grow to love them just as much as you do I always feel safe knowing they have her best interest at heart.

We can’t thank the super friendly and attentive educators at Greenwood Concord enough for your genuine care and love to Nam. You’ve made it so easy and exciting for Nam to attend and enjoy each day at the centre. We can see the difference every week, his motor skills development, speech and interactions with friends. We know that our child is closely taken care of, well looked after and all reports are shared timely. New menu updated regularly. Both staff and the centre manager are really open to discuss any concerns related to the child or just simply how the little one is doing during the day. The play areas both outdoor and in the class are impressive and well maintained, our son just never gets bored of playing here after pick up time. We can’t be any happier with the support, care and professionalism of all educators here.

The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child’s well-being and development. Our child looks forward to going every day, and it's clear how much effort goes into creating a nurturing, stimulating environment. The communication from the centre is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved. We’ve seen wonderful growth in our child’s confidence, social skills, and learning since enrolling. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and loving place for their little one.

The educators are so lovely and supportive of each child. My child has been going there for only a few months but the leap in progress he has shown has been unbelievable. It has so many different and fun areas for the kids to explore like a quiet reading room, a massive sand pit and jumping pillow and two big slides. I highly recommend Greenwood Concord.

After coming from a daycare where children were neglected, staff frequently changed, and my kids would come home smelling awful every day, we... After coming from a daycare where children were neglected, staff frequently changed, and my kids would come home smelling awful every day, we are so grateful we made the switch to Greenwood. We’ve been here for 2.5 years now, and the teachers have remained consistent since we first started. My 2-year-old son is a picky eater, and Miss Rizuna has expressed concern about him not eating enough. She even asked me about his favorite foods and has been working with Doris, the lunch lady, to make pasta for him to encourage better eating. My daughter has since moved on to kindergarten, but whenever she comes to pick up her brother, her former teachers still greet her with hugs and ask about her day. It’s clear that the teachers here truly care about the children and love their work. A big thank you to all the wonderful educators at Greenwood: Miss Sazia, Miss Farah, Miss Marie, Miss Jin, Miss Rashmi, Miss Daniela, Miss Monique, Miss Christina, Miss Jenny, Miss Sukrita, Miss Rizuna, Miss Cindy, and Doris the lunch lady, and Miss Cassie!
