My son joined Greenwood at 5.5 months old, and after three months, I feel confident in sharing our experience.

What I really appreciate about Greenwood is that they listen to parents, respect their wishes, and genuinely try their best to address any concerns or dissatisfaction.

As a first-time mum who had to send her baby to childcare at such a young age, I naturally had a lot of concerns and was very particular about my baby's needs and routine. Greenwood has made this whole journey so much easier for us. They pay attention to the little details of his routine and do their best to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Thanks to their passionate educators and management team, I’ve been able to return to work feeling at ease, knowing that my baby is in good hands. Their app is also fantastic, as it allows me to keep track of his feeding, sleeping, and daily activities throughout the day.

Most of the educators have been there for a long time, which I think reflects positively on the centre, and they are professional and caring.

This was our first childcare experience, and after doing a lot of research, I’m so glad we found the right place for our family.

Our child has been attending Greenwood Hunters Hill since they were in the nursery over a year ago (now in the toddler room) and I cannot praise them highly enough.

The staff are warm, caring, responsive, and flexible in accomodating our needs. Amy, the centre manager, and educators in the nursery (Qin, Thi and Myra) helped make the transition to starting daycare smooth and easy. Our child has since formed connections with educators, and friendships with other children, which has helped us build a sense of community. He has always been happy to go to daycare, which is a strong indicator he feels safe, secure and cared for whilst there.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped with plenty of toys etc, and decent outdoor play areas. They always have activities for the children to join each day, which become more educational as they enter the toddler room (eg making playdough, painting, watering plants, water or sand play etc). The staff to child ratios are good and class sizes small compared to other local centres. I would highly recommend Greenwood HH to any parent.

We are very grateful for the wonderful experience our son Jayden has had at Greenwood Hunters Hill.

When Jayden first started, he had some language and communication difficulties, and as parents, we were naturally a little worried about how he would settle in and connect with others. The educators were incredibly patient, caring and supportive, giving him the time and encouragement he needed to build his confidence.

It has been amazing to see how much he has grown. Jayden has now settled in so well, communicates much more confidently, enjoys spending time with his educators and friends, and most importantly, he genuinely loves going to childcare every day.

Seeing him happy and excited to go to “school” means a lot to us as parents. We really appreciate all the care, patience and effort the Greenwood Hunters Hill team has put into helping him develop and feel that he belongs.
