A appreciation post to staff in the preschool area, since new management and staff has changed I have seen a big improvement when it comes to the support of our child, when it comes to education and preparation for our little ones to head to kindergarten 2026, I also can see a big improvement when it comes to parents needing things to be addressed, seeing action and attention being taken makes us parents feel heard, my child has come so far in learning and speech, seeing teachers also interact with children it great to see, Only fault I have is, cloths not being protected when using products that stain cloths, having to buy cloths every few weeks is not ok and is costly for us parents. Other than that, there is a big improvement since new management and staff has changed.

Like many parents, I was very nervous about sending him to childcare at just 8 months old — but from the very beginning, the team made us feel completely at ease. Ms. Somayeh and Jasmin care for our son with such love and warmth every single day. It's clear they genuinely adore the children and treat each one as if they were their own. What truly sets Greenwood apart is the personal touch. Every staff member — including Centre Manager Gordana, Assistant Centre Manager Rachel, and even Chef Ms. Eun — takes the time to get to know each child and their individual needs. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming, nurturing environment where both children and parents feel part of a true community. They are all incredibly caring, attentive, and passionate about what they do. They listen to any concerns I have and are always proactive in their communication, which gives me so much confidence as a parent. We’ve seen such amazing growth in our son’s confidence and development since starting, and the daily updates and photos are such a wonderful way to stay connected to his day. We are so grateful to have found this gem of a centre — I truly couldn’t recommend Greenwood Gladesville more highly!

We felt so welcome and comfortable from the very first day we had the tour. All the educators are incredibly kind, caring and loving. The attention to detail in everything they do is just wonderful. Our daughter (2) doesn’t speak English yet, and the team even offered to learn some Turkish words to help comfort her, which truly touched us. During her settling-in period, she was given plenty (I mean it) of stickers simply because they helped calm her down. Nothing the team has done so far (and continues to do) feels taken for granted to us, it all shows genuine care and dedication. There are countless little details I could mention that have moved us and made this centre the perfect place for our family. But instead of reading them all here, I’d simply say: call Greenwood Gladesville, book a tour, and see for yourself what an amazing team they have. Thank you Greenwood Gladesville for giving my mama heart peace of mind and for making it so easy to leave my child with you every morning without a second thought.

When we had to relocate from Greater Beginnings to Greenwood, Soula went above and beyond to make the transition smooth and reassuring for us. The educators are warm, caring, and create a nurturing environment that my daughter loves every day. We are so grateful for Soula’s support and highly recommend this childcare to other families.

After touring other centres, this one impressed us most because the staff consistently keep both indoor and outdoor areas clean, neat, and tidy. We always feel confident that our children are being cared for by their 'second family'. At this centre, they always celebrate special days and make the best out of it. For example, in May this year as all other years that we have been with Greenwood, they organised a beautiful Mother’s Day celebration. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with my children. It’s clear that a great deal of effort went into planning this event, above and beyond your usual daily responsibilities, which is truly commendable. We must always remember that these events are organised by dedicated educators - not corporate event managers - yet the thoughtfulness and preparation behind the wide range of activities for mothers and families is what sets you apart from other childcare services.
