My first child attended Greenwood last 2019, and my second child has been there since 2022. Over the years, I have seen high and lows of the centre, and I would like to commend the new management team for the excellent job they are doing. Their dedication, organisation, and genuine care for both the children and staff are clearly reflected in the positive and welcoming environment they have created. The recent children’s Christmas party was especially wonderful. It was thoughtfully planned, well organised, and truly joyful for the children. Seeing them so engaged, happy, and excited showed how much effort and heart went into making the day special. Thank you to Ms. Tesha and the whole Greenwood team for your hard work, creativity, and commitment. Your efforts are truly appreciated by families, staff, and most importantly, the children.

Our daughter came home smiling every day and learned so much through fun, age-appropriate activities. Communication with parents was excellent, the environment was clean and welcoming, and the routines really helped the kids feel secure. We saw such positive growth in her confidence and social skills during her time there. We couldn’t have asked for a better daycare and wholeheartedly recommended it to any family looking for a nurturing, trustworthy place for their little one.

My son has been attending for nearly five months now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care, love, and attention he receives every day. The educators are incredibly kind, patient, and nurturing — they’ve helped him settle in beautifully and made him feel safe, happy, and loved from the very start. The centre is always clean, well-organised, and thoughtfully maintained. I really appreciate their focus on hygiene — especially the no-shoe policy in the nursery, which shows how much they care about keeping the environment safe and comfortable for little ones. The meals and nutrition provided are also fantastic, giving me confidence that he is enjoying healthy, balanced food throughout the day. The educators do a wonderful job planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that help the children learn, explore, and have fun. Communication with parents is great too — we love getting updates and seeing how much he is learning and enjoying his time there. We’re so grateful to be part of the Greenwood family and would 100% recommend this centre to any parents looking for a warm, caring, and high-quality childcare environment.

A appreciation post to staff in the preschool area, since new management and staff has changed I have seen a big improvement when it comes to the support of our child, when it comes to education and preparation for our little ones to head to kindergarten 2026, I also can see a big improvement when it comes to parents needing things to be addressed, seeing action and attention being taken makes us parents feel heard, my child has come so far in learning and speech, seeing teachers also interact with children it great to see, Only fault I have is, cloths not being protected when using products that stain cloths, having to buy cloths every few weeks is not ok and is costly for us parents. Other than that, there is a big improvement since new management and staff has changed.

The educators are amazing, my child settled in immediately. the CM is super accommodating to my child's needs and helped me feel confident dropping my child off to daycare knowing he was being cared for 100%.

Like many parents, I was very nervous about sending him to childcare at just 8 months old — but from the very beginning, the team made us feel completely at ease. Ms. Somayeh and Jasmin care for our son with such love and warmth every single day. It's clear they genuinely adore the children and treat each one as if they were their own. What truly sets Greenwood apart is the personal touch. Every staff member — including Centre Manager Gordana, Assistant Centre Manager Rachel, and even Chef Ms. Eun — takes the time to get to know each child and their individual needs. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming, nurturing environment where both children and parents feel part of a true community. They are all incredibly caring, attentive, and passionate about what they do. They listen to any concerns I have and are always proactive in their communication, which gives me so much confidence as a parent. We’ve seen such amazing growth in our son’s confidence and development since starting, and the daily updates and photos are such a wonderful way to stay connected to his day. We are so grateful to have found this gem of a centre — I truly couldn’t recommend Greenwood Gladesville more highly!
