My daughter is always happy here and genuinely excited to go each day, which means so much to us as parents. The staff are incredibly caring and really treat her like part of their family. She’s made some beautiful little friendships and always comes home smiling and talking about her day. We’re so grateful for such a supportive and welcoming environment.

Prett who runs the place is the most AMAZING woman I have ever met. Honestly she took in my daughter who is autistic... Prett who runs the place is the most AMAZING woman I have ever met. Honestly she took in my daughter who is autistic and was kicked out of 2 different child care centres. My daughter used to hate going to school but since she has been going to community kids she wakes up excited every day to go to school. All the educators that work there are the most loving and welcoming staff I have met. IF YOU WANT TO SEN YOUR CHILD TO A PLACE WHERE THERE IS LOVE AND THE BEST PEOPLE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHILD CARE !!!! Best childcare I've sent my child to and I would send her there over every other childcare I have been too ! Love love love !

The environment is nurturing, supportive, and genuinely focused on each child’s wellbeing and development. The manager, Nicole, is truly outstanding! She leads with compassion, professionalism, and heart. It’s clear how much she cares not only about the children, but also about her team and the families. That positive leadership flows through the entire centre and creates such a welcoming, safe, and happy place for the kids. As a parent, it gives me complete peace of mind knowing my children are in such capable and caring hands. I’m constantly in awe of the work they do, and I’m so grateful to be part of this community.

My son has attended since he was 5 months old and is now 3 years old, and the care he has received has been nothing short of amazing. The educators build such strong, genuine relationships with the children, and the environment is very welcoming, warm, engaging, and full of positive energy. My son feels safe, supported, and his emotional regulation is nurtured with so much care and patience. You can truly feel the love and support he receives from his educators. They treat him just like their own, creating a family orientated atmosphere, which i absolutely love. The staff are absolutely amazing, and a special mention to Centre Manager Nicole, who is incredibly supportive and approachable. Her leadership truly reflects in the caring and welcoming atmosphere of the Centre. I highly recommend Community Kids Innisfail to any family looking for a nurturing and engaging daycare.

My child has grown so much socially and emotionally, and always comes home happy and excited to share what they’ve learned. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured. Knowing our child is in such capable and loving hands gives us complete peace of mind. The level of inclusion and understanding shown toward my child who has a physical disability has been outstanding. The educators genuinely take the time to know each child as an individual and work closely with families to ensure every child feels safe, supported, and included. The staff clearly want every child to be their best, nurturing their growth, confidence, and development in such a caring and positive environment. My children absolutely love attending the centre and are always happy and excited to go. A special mention must go to the recently promoted centre manager, who is absolutely amazing and consistently goes above and beyond for both the children and families. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership truly shine and set the tone for the entire centre. We feel completely confident leaving our children in their care and are incredibly grateful for the positive impact this centre has had on our family.

Community Kids has become like a second home for my children, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful service they provide. We loved it here, my daughter was only here for a short time, unfortunately we moved location and had to leave. But the... But the moment I walked into the centre with my husband and daughter, The manager Linda I think her name was, came to greet us and she knew our names and made us feel so welcome. Our tour was so in-depth and the staff were all so welcoming. We started in the kinder room and the 3 weeks we were there, we felt like we were family. Management were always checking in on how our day was and if we had any feedback. We had nothing but positive things to say. The kinder program is so welcoming and informative, the app they use isn't very good, but we were always informed about her day. I cant believe what they eat, there menu is planned so well and the cook even makes treats out the front for parents with a coffee machine out the front. They have thought of everything. Even on our first day the same lady in the office Linda, even gave us bubbles and said how proud she was on my daughters first day and achievements even on our last day. Whenever I dropped off the kids always asked for a hug from her. Shes a real asset to community kids and think she's on her own? Big shout out to you! Also Lekan in the kinder room, he is so informative, kind and has such a way with the children in that room. Its always so calm and settled everytime I went in, which was great with our seperation anxiety. I didn't really get to see much of how the other rooms ran, but everyone is so friendly, it gives a homely feel. If we move back in the area, we will definitely come back. Thank you for having us for such a short time. ☺️😊😊

Our daughter has been attending childcare at this centre over the past two years and we have felt so supported during this time. She has thrived in this setting, with the excellent staff and educators looking after her. The leadership team on site are fabulous and set a precident for the lovely welcoming culture. We have definitely felt like we found a winner with this centre, would highly recommend it for anyone looking for care in the area.
