The educational program that Nicole and her team provide is truly exceptional. It’s clear they put so much care and effort into creating meaningful learning experiences for the children. Nicole is always there with a smile, greeting families every morning and afternoon. Her presence and dedication bring such a comforting sense of consistency and warmth. You can really feel the strong sense of community and genuine care from the whole team. If you’re looking for a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for your child, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

The educators genuinely love the children and the feeling when you enter feels like an extension of your home. Our daughter has developed significantly during this time, learning new skills and eating new types of food that we wouldn’t be able to offer at home. Huge thank you to Miss Mariana, Bernadette, Xuyean and the rest of the crew!

We started sending our daughter here 3 months ago and it was her first time into daycare at the age of 2. So we were both hesitant to how she would settle in. Gemma and her team have done an absolutely fantastic job, walking us through the entire process. Our daughter has blossomed and looks forward to going and I put this down to the staff here. They have been so friendly, nurturing, professional and do such an excellent job. Thanks to the entire team at the center.

Gemma and the team are so supportive, and the long term tenure of the staff is testament to how good of a centre they are. From supporting my babies when they were first starting out and struggling with separation, to helping my kinder kid learn the ways of the world, I'm so glad we chose community kids.

A special thank you to Miss Natalie, the assistant center manager, whose warmth and professionalism truly set the tone for the whole place. You can genuinely feel the love and dedication from all the educators—they are not just doing a job, they care. They pay attention to the little things, consider each child’s needs, and communicate so openly with parents.

We have had a great experience with Community kids pascoe vale since we started sending our toddler here earlier this year. It was our first time sending her to childcare and they were very reassuring. She took a while to settle in but they were very flexible, let me stay and play with her for as long as she needed, brainstormed ideas to help her settle in and set up play areas with things she liked to do. The educators are great, very caring and communicative.

We started with Community Kids, 5 years ago when my son was 11months and have had the best experience ever since. My son... We started with Community Kids, 5 years ago when my son was 11months and have had the best experience ever since. My son always enjoyed his days here and made a lot of great friends. My daughter also started at 11 months in 2022 and she has since loved it. We have always had a great relationship with the staff, there is lots of communication throughout the day and any other news. The staff and management there has really helped me and my family with all our needs, they are a special bunch and treat the kids like their own. My daught lovvvess day care days and my son loves coming back for pick up to say hi.
