My children have been there for years and there has been no issues in regards to the educators. Incident reports were written out and shown to me if my child had a fall, etc. The staff are very well trained and care about the kids!

She started in the babies room and is now in the toddler room. What we love about the centre: - The centre director and many of the educators have been there for a very long time and it shows stability. - The educators display a warm and caring nature with our little one. It's a vibe. - They are keen to understand your schedule and routine at home so they can try and replicate it at the centre (eg, our little one has started going to the toilet and the educators have been great at making sure they keep the consistency going but also respect our child's wishes) - Nutritious food prepared in-house. - The centre director or someone else in her absence always answers the phone and responds to emails promptly. - If you have any concerns, they act on it quickly. - They use Xplore and send updates of your child through the day - Shoutout to Mai who went the extra mile to fix and sew our little girl's special bunny that she is so attached to! Looks as good as new! At this point, we are very happy with everything. Thank you to the dedication showed everyday.

My son has been attending community kids for the last 2.5 years and I can’t praise or talk more highly of the centre…... My son has been attending community kids for the last 2.5 years and I can’t praise or talk more highly of the centre… my son is always happy to go and never wants to leave… the staff are respectful of each child’s individual needs and parents wishes, which has been amazing as we navigate the challenging time of dropping our day naps and toilet training. I love that that I get updates through out the day of my sons learning and the fun his having….

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the immense support we received from Community Kids Melton over the past few years. Now that our son has moved to a school, we miss the wonderful team even more! The center leaders, Louise and Sandy, are amazing inside and out—always just a phone call away for help or even a friendly chat. Our boy truly thrived under the guidance of their highly capable educators. I am so thankful for the nurturing care they provided throughout his time there. We miss you all!
