They have been consistently kind, professional, and genuinely attentive, creating a nurturing environment that gave us complete peace of mind. We especially appreciated the creativity and thoughtfulness they put into the daily activities, which made each day engaging and enjoyable for Talia. Although we’ve had to move to a different daycare due to distance, it was not an easy decision because of the wonderful experience we had here. We always felt very comfortable leaving our daughter in their hands. We highly recommend this centre to any parents looking for a caring and supportive environment for their child.

We made the move from NZ, our two children felt quite unsettled, yet Kool Kids Mermaid Waters went above and beyond to help our kiddies feel welcome and at home, now they look forward to kindy days. The team are friendly, polite and were very responsive when setting ourselves up. Thanks Team would 100% recommend.

What we appreciate the most is how well they communicate with us about our child’s needs and how their day is going. They always share the little moments and milestones, which makes us feel so connected and reassured. It’s such a comfort to know our child is in caring and attentive hands every day. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend them! 😊

We toured 7 different centres when we first moved to the Gold Coast before deciding on Kool Kids Mermaid Waters - and after 8 months here, we’re so glad we chose it. Our son absolutely loves going each day and is always excited to see his friends and the educators. The team is genuinely caring and attentive. A big shout out to his lead educators Talisa and Laura and the support staff, Natalia, Isabelle and Bianca - you can really see how much they love what they do. We also really appreciate that miss Talisa transitioned with the kids into the next room. That continuity made such a positive difference for our son. The outdoor space is great, and there is always something fun and creative happening for the kids. The extra-curricular activities are such a bonus too – our son loves the little bits of Japanese and Spanish he’s been learning! Miss Bonie, the centre director, is super helpful and great with communication. The daily updates are great - we always feel in the loop about what’s happening at the centre, from activities to little milestones. We couldn’t be happier with Kool Kids Mermaid Waters. Highly recommend this centre to any families looking for a caring, well run, and genuinely joyful place for their kids.

My son has been attending for the past 9 months, starting in the baby room, and I honestly could not fault the centre. From the moment I first walked in, I knew it was going to be a great fit for our family. The atmosphere is so welcoming and calm, and the staff are genuinely caring and attentive. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing he is in such good hands every day. I would highly recommend Kool Kids to other families looking for a supportive and nurturing environment for their children

My son is absolutely thriving and its all thanks to all the wonderful educators here and all the facilities they have for the children.

My husband and I are so grateful that we chose Kool Kids Mermaid Waters for our son. Like any big transition, it took a little time for our 14 month old to adjust, but now he absolutely loves it. A huge thank you to his wonderful teachers, Miss Rhi and Miss Hannah, who take such beautiful care of him. They truly treat him like their own, and it gives us so much comfort knowing he is in such caring hands. They have helped two very anxious parents feel completely at ease, and it’s been amazing to see our son thriving. We’d also like to thank Bonnie for running such a fantastic centre. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience so far.
