We’ve had such a lovely experience with Kool Kids, Mermaid Waters. The staff are incredibly caring, and you can really see how much they genuinely look after each child. What we appreciate the most is how well they communicate with us about our child’s needs and how their day is going. They always share the little moments and milestones, which makes us feel so connected and reassured. It’s such a comfort to know our child is in caring and attentive hands every day. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend them! 😊

We toured 7 different centres when we first moved to the Gold Coast before deciding on Kool Kids Mermaid Waters - and after 8 months here, we’re so glad we chose it. Our son absolutely loves going each day and is always excited to see his friends and the educators. The team is genuinely caring and attentive. A big shout out to his lead educators Talisa and Laura and the support staff, Natalia, Isabelle and Bianca - you can really see how much they love what they do. We also really appreciate that miss Talisa transitioned with the kids into the next room. That continuity made such a positive difference for our son. The outdoor space is great, and there is always something fun and creative happening for the kids. The extra-curricular activities are such a bonus too – our son loves the little bits of Japanese and Spanish he’s been learning! Miss Bonie, the centre director, is super helpful and great with communication. The daily updates are great - we always feel in the loop about what’s happening at the centre, from activities to little milestones. We couldn’t be happier with Kool Kids Mermaid Waters. Highly recommend this centre to any families looking for a caring, well run, and genuinely joyful place for their kids.

My son has been attending for the past 9 months, starting in the baby room, and I honestly could not fault the centre. From the moment I first walked in, I knew it was going to be a great fit for our family. The atmosphere is so welcoming and calm, and the staff are genuinely caring and attentive. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing he is in such good hands every day. I would highly recommend Kool Kids to other families looking for a supportive and nurturing environment for their children

My son is absolutely thriving and its all thanks to all the wonderful educators here and all the facilities they have for the children.

My husband and I are so grateful that we chose Kool Kids Mermaid Waters for our son. Like any big transition, it took a little time for our 14 month old to adjust, but now he absolutely loves it. A huge thank you to his wonderful teachers, Miss Rhi and Miss Hannah, who take such beautiful care of him. They truly treat him like their own, and it gives us so much comfort knowing he is in such caring hands. They have helped two very anxious parents feel completely at ease, and it’s been amazing to see our son thriving. We’d also like to thank Bonnie for running such a fantastic centre. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience so far.

We had recently taken our daughter out of her previous daycare, which she had attended her whole upbringing, from 4 months old (she’s now 3). We had to change due to moving. The transition for my daughter was extremely hard and emotional being so young, but the manager Katrina and all the educators at Kool kids were absolutely amazing, caring, supportive and so accomodating towards my daughter as she settled in! The centre is so professional, the education and activities for the children are very advanced! The centre manager Katrina is so friendly, approachable and lovely. I have found that the educators at this centre just love the children unconditionally, so caring, so compassionate, professional, supportive and all VERY experienced. I could not recommend Kool kids Helensvale more! Very accommodating to all families! Shout out to Miss Rachel, Miss Ray Ray, Miss Sally and Miss Aimee who are absolute super stars, thanks for making our baby girl feel so welcome and the transition so easy! 🩷

What really stands out is how attentive and supportive the staff are. They communicate well with families and clearly put a lot of effort into creating a safe, nurturing space where children feel happy and comfortable. The programs are well structured and focus on both learning and play, helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically. It’s clear that the team truly cares about the children and their growth.
