All of the staff are amazing and truly great with the kids. They give the children a lot of freedom while also teaching them at the same time, if that makes sense. They even offer Japanese classes for the kids. The chef is incredibly sweet. My daughter constantly talks about how much the staff loves her. The other day she said, “My teacher loves me, and I love her too,” which really meant a lot to us. It’s only been about two weeks, and I thought the change to daycare might scare her, but this place has been so welcoming. My favorite part is being able to have conversations with the ladies like we’ve been friends our whole lives. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

Thank you koolkids for always making my family always feeling so welcome, couldn’t have asked for a better centre to send my kids to, to help get them ready to start school

I’ve always been very nervous when it came to sending my kids to childcare but Kool kids have given me no reasons to be nervous at all! The staff are really welcoming and great with communication, they’re good with their daily updates of what your child has been doing which I find helps beat the nerves, my kids haven’t just started at Kool Kids but the always have the best time and want to go back everyday. My kids have learnt so much and are definitely looked after very well.

My kids have only just recently started at Kool Kids and they already love it, the staff are so kind and caring, their communication is great when it comes to the kids, the rooms and outside play areas are great aswell they have lots of options for the kids, the learning is really good preparation for kids going into school, they learn Japanese which is really cool. My daughter always comes home and tells me how she had the best day. My kids haven’t been so comfortable at a daycare centre before, I’d definitely recommend Kool Kids if you’re looking to enroll your kids anywhere.

They update me of everything my child dones throughout the day, to get him in it was easy and stress free. Both experiences have been overwhelmingly positive, with the educators demonstrating exceptional warmth and professionalism. I have consistently been impressed by the centre's bright and nurturing environment, and I have no hesitation in recommending Kool Kids Ashmore to families seeking a supportive and engaging childcare setting.
