My daughter who is 3 had never gone to kindy before and I enrolled her at Kool Kids Ashmore and it was the best decision I could have made for her. She absolutely loves her educator Miss Jo. Miss Jo has really been exceptional with her, getting to know her individual personality and requirements and makes sure she feels comfortable and safe. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough. The facilities, the activities, the educators, the chef. Fantastic child care centre.

The teachers and the team at Kool Kids Isle Capri are amazing. They’re always so friendly and happy to help with any questions,... The teachers and the team at Kool Kids Isle Capri are amazing. They’re always so friendly and happy to help with any questions, and I truly feel like they care for my boys as if they were their own. I also love that they keep us updated each day with what the kids got up to — the photos and little notes are such a thoughtful touch. It’s so comforting knowing they’re in such good hands

We've been at Kool Kids for 15months now and have always loved the centre from the day we started. It is a great day... We've been at Kool Kids for 15months now and have always loved the centre from the day we started. It is a great day care with educators who truely care and approachable. The educators are dedicated and attentive to the needs of my child. Activities and learning at the centre are well thought out to keep the children interested. We love that the centre has a large common yard amongst the children, so that all age appropriate kids can play together. My daughter loves going to Kool Kids and have much fun and always look forward to her recount of the day at night as the educators communicate with us through the app.

They took effort to include our culture and traditions as part of their curriculum and development that makes it even more special. Love seeing children learn and grow with such diversity. It’s such a warm and friendly environment to be around with the lovely educators, each of them have made personal connections to my child and us as a family. Love you guys 🫶🏼

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kool Kids Mermaid Waters. We’ve tried a few centres across the Gold Coast, and KKMW is by far the best. Our first child went all the way through, and our second is currently there — every stage, from the babies' room through to the 4-year-old group, has been amazing. The educators are so caring, kind, and genuinely invested in the children. Staff turnover is noticeably low compared to other centres we've experienced, which really speaks to the great culture and management. It also means wonderful continuity for the kids, helping them feel settled and secure. We’re so grateful to have found a place where our children are so well cared for — we couldn’t recommend Kool Kids Mermaid Waters more highly!
