My child absolutely loves this place & is so happy every day, so pleased we have a place here. Having a happy child has had incredible benefits all round. The entire team are incredible in their roles & every room shines with warmth and happiness as you enter the centre. My child tells me about all the wonderful games that are played each day and speaks about the friendly peer group. It is such a joy listening to daily experiences here and am so thankful to the dedicated team. Highly recommend!

I was able to return to my work and having peace of mind that you have provided the best care for my child. The Teachers beautiful welcoming smiles and the warm cuddle Cyrus was receiving was best of my moments knowing he is in best care. We’ve noticed how much he is growing and learning new skills everyday with your help. Seeing his joy for learning and enjoying his time under your care is amazing. It’s a true testament to the nurturing environment you’ve created for kids and he will miss that a lot. Sorry that he is leaving and Cyrus will miss you guys a lot but truly thank you for everything. I will always be grateful to everyone of you!

My son started at Headstart Oatlands early this year. We were instantly drawn to the centre as the educators and centre management were... My son started at Headstart Oatlands early this year. We were instantly drawn to the centre as the educators and centre management were so warm and friendly. They offered us a play and stay to help make the transition easier which helped my son to make secure attachments and to feel safe in a new environment. The daily photos and updates make us feel so at ease because he always has a smile on his face when engaging in group activities. We have noticed a huge improvement recently with his social skills and his communication skills and continue to notice new skills and his little personality develop. I would recommend the centre and would like to say a huge thank you everyone at the centre for taking such amazing care of our son.

He’s settled in beautifully, and it’s such a joy to see him happy and excited to attend each day. It’s clear that the educators have taken the time to build a strong, trusting relationship with him, helping him feel secure and welcomed. Every question I’ve had has been answered promptly and clearly, and I’m always kept informed about my son’s day. The updates and photos I receive are a wonderful touch—they consistently show a happy, engaged child, fully immersed in his learning and play. I’m so grateful for the genuine care and effort the centre has shown. It is great to know my son is in such good hands!

May daughter and I can from a daycare that saw us as a number rather than people so when we were acknowledged as people my daughter was instantly welcomed and that has made the biggest difference in my daughter and now everyday she will be super excited to come and play with her friends and educators, so thank you so much for making this all possible. Would highly recommend to anyone.

From Day 1, I have only felt good vibes from this centre and its incredible team. Everyone at Hughesdale HeadStart has been truly wonderful — kind, positive, loving, and supportive. The onboarding process was smooth, and the way the team helped settle my 2-year-old daughter, Tarana, into her new environment was truly heartwarming. In those early days, Tarana received such thoughtful, extra care, and I was kept updated regularly, which gave me so much comfort as a parent. Watching her begin to get excited each morning to go to her centre is the biggest testament to how much fun she has and how safe and happy she feels there. While we’re stepping away temporarily, I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am to have found Hughesdale HeadStart. It’s been such a blessing to be part of a place filled with so much warmth and dedication. A very special thank you to Rupal, Nicole, Anu, Kim, Khevna, and Eugenia — thank you for caring for my little girl with so much love and kindness. My child attends West Ryde Headstart. It has definitely improved in the 4 months since the new centre manager commenced Angela Sun. I noticed... My child attends West Ryde Headstart. It has definitely improved in the 4 months since the new centre manager commenced Angela Sun. I noticed more varied learning activities, upgrading of the centre, many positive changes. My child always shares how much he enjoys the learning activities, playing with the other children, feels well supported by all the Educators, Emma and Angela interactions with him. Angela was also very approachable, greeting us each time at drop off or pick up, attentive to the children and the centre. We’re sadden to hear the news that she no longer works there. We hope this does not impact all the quick and positive changes already made in the centre. All the best Angela you’ll be missed, thanks for all your hard work in the short time at Headstart West Ryde.

He always enjoyed playing with his friends and would excited to share his new ideas and experiences when he back home. I really appreciated being able to follow his learning journey through the centre’s app. The centre manager, She is very organised and places strong focus on teaching and supporting the children. And I’ve noticed positive changes. The learning programme has also been updated to include a wider range of activities that truly support the children’s development. Thank you for introducing this new, more learning-focused programme. Every time we drop off or pick up our son, the educators greet us with warmth and energy, making us feel like a valued part of the centre community. Thank you all headstart educators gives us wonderful support of taking care of our children.

The centre wasn’t very impressive when I visited five years ago, but it has improved significantly, especially after the new centre manager came... The operations are now much more systematic, with good procedures in place. My elder daughter still misses her little preschool playground every time we pick up her younger brother in nursery. The educators are very warm and caring as well.
