Based on our experience in the last 3 years, this is one of the best childcare centres in the area. Our son started... Based on our experience in the last 3 years, this is one of the best childcare centres in the area. Our son started here when he was just 1.5 years old and the care with which he has been looked after falls nothing short of excellent. In that time, our son has strongly connected with the educators, as they have provided the feel and safety of his own family, which is critical when you are sending your toddler to a childcare center. His learning experience has also been quite exceptional, from eating by himself, toilet training, and everything in between, including confidence to interact and communicate with other children. The center provides state-of-the-art early education activities for children to learn. Shehnaz and Nasrin deserve a special mention as they looked after my son like their own when he was at a vulnerable age in the toddler and junior kinder rooms and was the main reason why we felt comfortable during that time. In the junior kinder and kinder rooms, Naomi, Aman, and Minela have been equally excellent in ensuring his wellbeing and education. Michael also deserves a special mention - what a character! His car kept my son really interested. Sonja, Erin, Rehka, Hajinder, Simi, Victoria, Grant, Aquila, Parminder, and Sonam (apologies for missing some) will also be fondly remembered for the care they have shown. Finally, Emma and Julie manage the center to the highest quality one can imagine. Their communication and interaction with us have been a treat. I remember a time when I inquired about my childcare account in detail and Emma explained all the intricacies of that patiently and professionally. Her vision of how this childcare center should be managed and developed, keeping parents as critical stakeholders, is worthy of emulation. It is sad to end our time after 3 great years of childcare as our son is going off to school now (see photos of first and last day of my son going to CC - time flies), but he is well prepared for school thanks to these good people. The educators take the time to really get to know each child, and you can see how much love and effort goes into everything they do. My kids have grown so much in confidence, social skills, and learning since starting at Penguin. The centre is beautifully maintained, communication with families is great, and the whole team creates such a warm community feel. We couldn’t be happier!

I have both my sons enrolled at Penguin Childcare Caroline Springs in different rooms, and from the very beginning the entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. The level of care, communication and genuine warmth throughout the centre is outstanding. I have to mention Emma in particular. Knowing she is a parent herself has given me so much comfort. She listens, she takes on every bit of feedback with openness, and she genuinely cares for each and every child like they’re her own. The way she approaches her role is exceptional! She is kind, supportive, thorough and truly invested in the wellbeing of all the kids. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and so naturally brilliant at what they do. Also Minela in the 4 year old room is a rare find! She is also a mum but the love warmth and care she has for all the kids is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I feel genuinely grateful my kids are in such good care. It is hard to get into Penguin, but once you’re in, you immediately understand why. My boys are in the absolute best hands, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at ease leaving my children anywhere. Highly, highly recommend.

My son Luka is now 4 years and 4 months old. He started at Penguin Parkville Childcare on the 25th of March, 2024,... My son Luka is now 4 years and 4 months old. He started at Penguin Parkville Childcare on the 25th of March, 2024, initially attending 2–3 half days a week before gradually transitioning to full days Monday to Friday. When Luka first began in the Toddler 1 room, drop-offs were very challenging he was often upset and unsettled. Luka has since been diagnosed with Level 3 Autism and is currently non-verbal. Despite having limited staff and resources, the educators and carers at Penguin Parkville have shown incredible compassion, patience, and dedication. They have truly gone above and beyond to understand and support Luka’s individual needs. The team has worked closely with his occupational and speech therapists to learn strategies that help manage his behaviours and maintain consistency between home and childcare. They even took the initiative to apply for KISP funding to ensure Luka could receive additional one-on-one support on certain days. I’m always kept updated if Luka becomes distressed, and they make sure I’m part of the process every step of the way. Since starting at Penguin Parkville, we’ve seen wonderful improvements in Luka’s social engagement and his ability to connect with others. He also attends Autism Partnership therapy sessions on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, and I’m so grateful that the childcare team collaborates so well with his therapists it truly feels like a united circle of support around him. I cannot thank the team enough for their love, understanding, and unwavering support. They really are a group of earth angels. For any parent of a neurodiverse child considering a mainstream childcare setting, I wholeheartedly recommend Penguin Parkville. The care, acceptance, and genuine commitment of this team have made all the difference for Luka and our family.

Both my sons have attended Penguin Childcare in Ravenhall since they were 6 months old, my eldest is now in grade 1 at... Both my sons have attended Penguin Childcare in Ravenhall since they were 6 months old, my eldest is now in grade 1 at school, and my youngest is now in the Kinder room. I highly recommend this centre - the educators have become like family and the centre is the boys second home. If you are looking for educators that truly care about your child, this is the best centre by far! My boys have the fondest memories growing up here, and my eldest still loves to come visit and see his favourite educators. We are super grateful for the time and effort that has been put into the care and education of our boys. The ongoing support from the team is amazing, and we are always greeted with lots of smiles, every day! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
