The educators consistently went above and beyond to ensure each child felt valued, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. Watching our children develop socially, emotionally, and academically has been incredibly reassuring, and a testament to the dedication of the staff. I wish there were more stars to give for this amazing center. Thank you for everything over the last few years.

The staff consistently go above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing, and genuinely supportive environment for the children. A special mention must go to Centre Manager Emma, whose leadership, kindness, and dedication truly set the tone for the entire centre. Emma is always approachable, attentive, and deeply invested in the wellbeing and progress of every child. Her passion for early education is clear in everything she does. The educators are phenomenal—patient, caring, and incredibly skilled. They take the time to understand each child’s unique needs and personality, helping them feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. The positive impact on our child’s development has been remarkable. We’ve seen huge improvements in communication, social skills, and independence, all thanks to the thoughtful programs and hands-on guidance provided by the team. Penguins Childcare isn’t just a centre—it’s a community. The staff truly care, and it shows. We are extremely grateful for the love, support, and growth our child has experienced here. Highly recommend to any family looking for a centre that genuinely puts children first.

They are really caring and supportive and the kids and staff seem really happy which is hard to come by. Each educator we have dealt with from the nursery through to the Kinder room have been nothing short of exceptional. Hardeep is also such a lovely Center Manager. My kids are thriving from being there and my only regret is not sending them sooner.

We mostly appreciate how the educators encourage rach child's development. They provide a wide range of activities that support learning through play, creativity, and social interaction. It’s clear they take the time to understand each child’s individual needs and interests, which helps the children grow in confidence and independence. We're regularly asked for our feedback, aspirations for our child etc Communication with families is also excellent. The educators keep us informed about our child’s progress and daily activities - Very reassuring! Penguin CC is a fantastic centre with dedicated staff and educators who truly care about the wellbeing and development of the children. We've had such a wonderful experience and we’re so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our baby's early learning journey.

Throughout our time there, Emma, the centre manager, was incredibly helpful and always did everything within her ability to support our family. The educators consistently made us feel confident and reassured about our child’s care, and it was comforting to know he was in safe hands. The staff are all warm, professional, and genuinely take the time to get to know both the children and their families. They are also very consistent in using their app to keep parents updated on their child’s day, including regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this centre.

He has been attending Penguin since he was about a year old and hands down, we’ve been so happy with the level of care and education provided by everyone at the centre. Aman and Minela who ran the 4 year old kinder program in 2025 were absolutely wonderful at helping my son with his resilience and confidence. Michael, Grant, Nasrin and Naomi have also been gems at making sure he settled in well over the years and made him feel like it was his second home. The numerous other educators who show that they care and also knew the name of every child in the centre regardless of whether they were looking after them in their classrooms. Of course both Emma and Julie for running such an efficient machine! Overall, the centre was great at communicating lesson plans, ensuring parents were in the know with their child’s development and that it felt like your child was genuinely cared for. My son has said he’ll miss his educators and friends as he starts his journey into primary school. We are happy though that he had the opportunity to build a solid foundation at Penguin Caroline Springs.

They take good care of my son (very fussy baby) and are always sending me updates about everything so I feel more at ease. Pallvi is absolutely amazing, love her and the way she cares for the children!
