Ljubica, thank you for being so energetic, enthusiastic, caring, supportive, nurturing and a genuine educator, (speechless to describe this educator). Vasa, thank you for being so gentle, kind and supportive to the children’s early years of learning. Simran, Renuka, Kisa, Taylor, and Angela, thank you for being so kind, caring and loving to my children and to all the children at the centre.You guys are incredible, your hard work and commitment will forever be appreciated. Moving suburbs didn’t stop me from utilising the centre’s service as seeing the smile on my children’s faces during drop offs and seeing them run and hug their educators indicated that they are loved and cared for enormously. It is hard to put in words how grateful we are for the care, guidance and dedication this centre has shown to our children over the past TEN years. I feel grateful for the service and the impact the centre has had on my children’s wellbeing and education. This was witnessed when my child received an excellent initial school report from his primary school. This report is also a reflection of the quality service and a personalised education that the children receive while they attend this centre. For first-time parents who desire for their child/ren to build confidence, learn and grow in a positive, nurturing and a healthy environment then without a single doubt you should look no further than Pelican Fairways. From day one, the team made us feel comfortable, supported, and confident that our son was in the best hands. Over the six months our son attended, he formed such strong and meaningful bonds with the educators, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they create. Every educator we encountered was genuinely caring, attentive, and invested in the wellbeing of the children. A special mention must go to Renuka, who our son developed a particularly beautiful relationship with. Her passion for what she does truly shines through. She has a genuine warmth and care for every child, and it was clear how much she prioritised our son’s happiness, safety, and development. She even had a parting gift for our son on his last day, which really shows that they're not just educators but really a second family. As first-time parents navigating childcare, we naturally had lots of phone calls and questions early on. The educators were always patient, reassuring, and more than happy to take the time to update us, which gave us enormous peace of mind knowing our son was safe and well looked after. One thing that really stood out to us was the excellent staff retention. Throughout our entire time at Pelican Fairways, we didn’t see any educators leave. That consistency says a lot about the positive culture and supportive environment they’ve built, and it made such a difference for our son in feeling secure and settled. If you’re a parent looking for a local childcare that truly cares, nurtures strong relationships, and puts children’s wellbeing first, Pelican Fairways is without a doubt the best choice you can make for your child. If we didn't have to move suburbs, I'm sure our son would have stayed here until he's ready for primary school. Highly recommended!

We moved to this daycare after have a not so great experience at our last and since moving to pelican, my 2 boys... We moved to this daycare after have a not so great experience at our last and since moving to pelican, my 2 boys have thrived, every single one of the educators here have gone above and beyond to help support my boys in so many ways, I am beyond greatful A very special thank you to each and every one of you who cared and loved Archer and Cohen over the past few years I would recommend this centre to absolutely everyone!

From the very beginning, the educators and staff have been warm and welcoming. Julie has been very supportive on our family throughout and... The communication from the centre is excellent. We are always kept up to date with our child’s development and daily activities through the app and in-person chats. We are thankful to Mohammed, Mansi and Manjit as my son’s educators for always providing information regarding my son’s development. We have seen significant progress in our child, both socially and developmentally, and we thank the team for being part of that, creating a caring, fun and learning space to grow. My son is excited to attend and play with his friends. We are truly happy with our experience at Pelican Cairnlea and couldn’t think of a better kindergarten for my child.

Pelican Childcare Heatherton has been such a amazing place for our little one. The educators are so kind and caring, that really feels more like family than just a childcare centre. Tegan, the centre manager, is amazing—she’s easy to talk to, always supportive . From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured, and our little one settled in so quickly. We’ve seen so much joy, confidence, and growth since starting 2 years ago .Every time I drop our little one off, I know she’s in a safe, happy, and nurturing place. We’re truly grateful to have found Pelican Heatherton.
