We help with a lot of the pick ups and it’s wonderful to see the children happy and playing with educators each time we arrive. Thank you.

As a mum that had to send their child to childcare while she was quite young, i was super nervous. The team have been absolutely incredible and put my anxious mind at ease. My daughter is always so happy when i pick her up at the end of the day, I get constant updates throughout the day, and she's truly thriving under their guidance. Extremely happy with our choice, and have recommended to my friends and mothers group to attend too!

Simi and Jenna are approachable and professional, and the whole team is friendly and supportive. Polly and Chelsea are always helpful at pick ups, even when I’m running late. All the educators make families feel welcome and really support the kids. The nursery educators made the transition smooth. In the toddler room, the team has helped my daughter grow so much. Her speech and confidence have improved, she loves independent and imaginative play, and potty training has gone really well with their support. Chef Leigh also deserves a mention because my daughter eats everything at daycare, which honestly surprises me since at home it can be the opposite. She’s happy, well fed, and learning so much. We’re excited to continue watching our daughter grow here and would highly recommend this centre to other families.

I have one child in the 4-year-old kinder room and another in nursery, and the care they receive has been amazing. My four-year-old has truly come out of his shell since starting kinder. His confidence, social skills, and overall development have grown so much, and it’s clear how much effort the educators put into supporting him as an individual. My one-year-old has been attending since he was 9 months old, and the transition was made exceptionally easy. He has eczema, and the team go above and beyond to follow his care procedures and ensure he’s comfortable and well looked after at all times. As a parent, that level of care and attention gives me so much peace of mind. A special thank you to both Sarahs, Chelsey, and Deepika — you are all truly incredible and make such a difference to our children’s lives. We’re so grateful to be part of this centre and couldn’t recommend Pelican Childcare Newbury more highly.

The kindergarten graduation ceremony was beautifully organised and truly special. We’re very grateful for the care and support given to our son . Highly recommended.

Dear Pelican Childcare Fairways Team, As Logan’s time at Pelican Childcare comes to an end, we wanted to take a moment to say a very heartfelt thank you. Logan has been attending Pelican for the past four years, and tomorrow marks his final day of kinder before he begins an exciting new chapter — starting Prep in Kilmore next Thursday. While we are so proud and excited for him, we are also incredibly sad to be saying goodbye. Over the years, the beautiful teachers at Pelican have created so many special memories for Logan and have truly left a footprint on his heart. Your care, patience, guidance, and love have helped shape him into the confident and happy little person he is today. We feel so grateful and blessed that he has had such an amazing group of ladies supporting him through these early years. We would especially like to acknowledge Logan’s teachers for the incredible patience, understanding, and dedication they have shown — particularly during times when Logan could be a little temperamental and stubborn. We know he has certainly had his moments, and you have truly seen it all. Through it all, your calm approach, kindness, and encouragement never wavered, and for that we are so thankful. We also noticed such a positive change in Logan after his operation to remove his tonsils and adenoids. As his speech began to come through more clearly, his teachers played a huge role in supporting, encouraging, and building his confidence. The effort you put into helping him find his voice and preparing him for the transition to Prep has made a world of difference, and we will always be grateful for the part you played in this important stage of his development. We would also like to give a very special thank you to Carol. She does an absolutely amazing job running the centre and truly runs it like a pro. Her leadership, warmth, and dedication shine through in everything she does, and it is clear how much love and pride she has for the centre, the children, and the families. Pelican Childcare Fairways is a reflection of her hard work and passion, and we cannot thank her enough for creating such a welcoming and nurturing environment. A very special mention goes to Logan’s “private chef,” whose cooking he often preferred over his mum’s — a true testament to the love and care that goes into everything you do! Thank you all for being so wonderful to our family and for giving Logan such a strong, happy foundation to begin his school journey.
