This was Sean’s very first childcare, and he has been here from the toddler room through to the kindy room, which makes it even more special to us. A big thank you to Ms. Mahsa, Ms. Khim, Ms. Dechen, Ms. Angeli, Ms. Priya, Mr. Marlon, Ms. Charlene, Ms. Meenakhi, Ms. Aimee, and Chef Andrei. We are so grateful for all the support and care you gave Sean, especially in helping him settle in and adjust so well in the beginning. Watching him grow more confident, happy, and comfortable each day meant so much to us. Thank you for creating such a warm and positive environment. We will always appreciate the love and dedication you’ve shown.

Renee does an amazing job as a director, her leadership, care and presence really set the tone for the whole centre. You can feel that this is not just a business, but a place where families genuinely matter. The communication is always clear, kind and supportive, and the team is so flexible and understanding. They really help you through every step, making everything feel easier and more human. As parents, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are safe, happy and cared for with love and that’s exactly what we experienced with our boys. Every educator shows so much dedication, kindness, and attention. You can truly tell they do this from the heart. The Learning Sanctuary at Park Orchards have been incredible! We made the difficult decision to transition our daughter half way through the year from another centre and while initially it was extremely hard for her going through such a big change, the team always made an extra special effort to welcome her and make her (and us) feel comfortable. Once comfortable she thrived and loved going. Our son has since started in the baby room and the team are fantastic. Everyone knows our children by name and still ask after our daughter even though she has now left for kinder. The leadership team in Lauren and Kylee is the best I have experienced. We receive just the right amount of updates without being overwhelmed with emails and they are always super responsive and supportive when I speak with them. People say it takes a village to raise children, and it can be extremely hard as a parent to rely on other people who are essentially strangers to form part of that village but I’m so grateful for the team at the Learning Sanctuary for all that they do for our family. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend the childcare my child attends! Every educator knows the parents, and they communicate very thoroughly with us. If anything comes... I highly recommend the childcare my child attends! Every educator knows the parents, and they communicate very thoroughly with us. If anything comes up, they contact us promptly. The educators are also very kind to the children, making it a reassuring environment. Additionally, their management is excellent. Staff such as the manager also engage proactively with parents, and are willing to help anytime. Plus, their meals are outstanding—prepared by skilled Korean chefs with great care, offering a diverse and well-balanced menu. Overall, it’s a childcare centre you can truly trust and feel confident about!

We have found all Centre staff from the educators of all age groups, Sean the Chef and Centre Management to have all the children’s best interests at heart at all times.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with this daycare. The communication is amazing — I’m always kept in the loop throughout the day with... I honestly couldn’t be happier with this daycare. The communication is amazing — I’m always kept in the loop throughout the day with updates on the app, which gives me so much peace of mind. She has built such a lovely bond with the educators, and you can really tell they genuinely care about the kids. She now recognises when she’s at daycare and is much more excited to be there (there were a few hard days dropping her off at the start), which says everything. The educators are so kind and they know it’s hard for parents to say goodbye to their kids at daycare, they make the transition so easy. She’s always having fun, learning new things, and coming home happy. It makes such a difference knowing she’s in such a safe, supportive environment. They also supply everything, which has been such a huge help — and having a chef onsite who prepares all the meals is amazing. It just takes so much stress off knowing she’s being well looked after in every way. I was definitely hesitant on sending her to daycare but I know she has the best day filled with activities and learning while filling up her cup, and also eating nutritious meals and making friends. Highly recommend 🤍

My family have had a wonderful experience with the Learning Sanctuary Yarraville. My daughter started in February this year. She took a while... My family have had a wonderful experience with the Learning Sanctuary Yarraville. My daughter started in February this year. She took a while to settle in as this was her first time in childcare. The educators we fantastic with the support and guidance they provided during this transition for her (and me). She now LOVES daycare and is always happy when I collect her.
