The rooms are always clean, thoughtfully set up, and the communication is excellent. Since the new management under Renee, the whole centre has really stepped up. From the moment I enquired and toured the centre, I felt an incredibly warm and caring atmosphere. It was clear right away that the team genuinely loves children and is passionate about what they do. Over the past 9 months, our child has been so happy to attend every day, which speaks volumes about the quality of care provided. The program is thoughtfully designed, and the staff are always accommodating to our child’s individual needs. Their policies are strong and well-implemented, and communication is always proactive and clear. A special shoutout to Mel and Kylee—your kindness, dedication, and genuine care mean the world to us. And to Lauren, the centre manager, thank you for being approachable, supportive, and always on top of everything. The entire team is welcoming and easy to talk to, and it’s evident that staff enjoy working here—there’s very low turnover, which says a lot about the positive environment. We’re so grateful to have found this centre. It truly feels like a second home for our child.

Our daughter started at The Learning Sanctuary Freshwater at 11 months old and 6mths later she is absolutely thriving. The incredible management and care staff have not only given us the confidence that she is being well looked after but they have helped shape and nurture her development beyond our expectations. The daily photograph updates, the meal options, the learning programmes and the constant variety of activities are just some of the highlights. We adore drop off and pick up times when we get to connect with the staff, who are always very happy to spend time with us chatting about our daughter’s day. Thank you TLC for making the transition to daycare so seamless and enjoyable for our family.

The Learning Sanctuary Camp Hill has shown much improvement after the new management has taken over under Renee. Communication has improved, she has been making an effort to listen to parent’s feedback and has taken proactive steps to initiate parent-educator relationships and these efforts deserve to be commended. I truly hope this will continue and the team at this centre will stay. Thank you as well to educators such as Ms Kanchan, Ms Harpal and Ms Sandra who has taken care of my child in the nursery room. Ms Kanchan called me and provided updates during my child’s first few days at the centre helping this anxious mum and her child transition smoothly. Thank you to Ms Shruti and Loma who is looking after my child in the toddlers room currently. The activities are engaging and I can see my child’s communication improving. Ms Shruti, I truly appreciate the time you always make at pickups to talk to parents about their child. It really makes a difference.
