The environment is nurturing and inclusive, with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships with every child. The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), ensuring that all learning experiences are play-based, child-led, and developmentally appropriate. Children are supported to grow socially, emotionally, and academically through engaging, hands-on experiences and a wide variety of activities every day. What stands out the most is how much the children are valued—each child’s voice is heard, and their interests are always incorporated into the curriculum. The management team is fantastic—supportive, approachable, and always there to help when needed. It’s a place where both children and educators thrive. I’m proud to be part of such a passionate and dedicated team!

From the moment we enrolled our girls, we were met with warmth, kindness, and a genuine sense that the team truly cares about the wellbeing and development of every child that walks through their doors. One of the most touching things for me as a parent is seeing how deeply connected our girls have become with the educators. Our eldest is now in primary school, but she still insists on coming along for drop-offs and pick-ups - just so she can give the educators a hug. That alone says everything about the kind of love and security this centre provides. The educators are nothing short of incredible. They’re nurturing, patient, and always take the time to truly understand each child as an individual. They’ve helped our daughter grow in so many ways - her confidence, communication, and social skills have all flourished since starting here. It’s such a beautiful thing to witness as a parent, and we credit so much of that growth to the support and encouragement she’s received from the team. The centre itself is bright, secure, and thoughtfully set up with a great balance of structured learning and imaginative play. What I really appreciate is the strong focus on inclusion, kindness, and emotional wellbeing - it’s clear that these values are embedded in everything they do. The regular updates through the app are a huge bonus. Seeing photos, learning stories, and daily notes helps us stay connected to our daughter’s day and sparks lovely conversations at home about what she’s been up to. Most importantly, we feel completely at ease knowing our child is in such a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. That peace of mind is priceless. Our daughter has loved every minute of learning and for w look forward to starting our son in the winter.

My son has been going to First Grammar Epping for over a month now and I can’t be happier with the care he... My son has been going to First Grammar Epping for over a month now and I can’t be happier with the care he receives from the educators here. We have moved from another childcare and I can tell the level of care is totally different, my son is thriving here, he remembers his educators’ name, he is so happy going to childcare every day.

First Grammar Castle Hill is a lovely place like a family. It is relatively not a “fancy” childcare compared to the new ones... First Grammar Castle Hill is a lovely place like a family. It is relatively not a “fancy” childcare compared to the new ones that have a lot of fancy facilities, but it has the most important, which is what I value most, a group of passionate and lovely educators, including the centre manager. My son built connection with educators very quickly. Every kid knows and likes the centre manager Jean. The kids could knock her office’s door and sit in her office having a chat at any time. All kids are very behaved and polite. There are a lot of things that I like about First Grammar Castle Hill, e.g. the way they treat kids, the way they help new kids settle in, and the value they have to teach kids. I am going to have a second kid, and I definitely will send her to here too.

I must say first grammar has improved a lot more since my first born attended!!! Such a clean, organised and bright place to be. My... My son loves it and I’m so glad the centre offers preschool programs etc. from the moment My son and I did a tour up until now 2 weeks later it’s been amazing. Great communication aswell.

Every detail, from the toys to the activities, is carefully chosen to support the children's growth in both physical and emotional aspects. It's a wonderful place for kids to thrive !!!!

I can't say enough good things about this childcare center! The educators are incredibly dedicated and passionate about their work, and it shows... The staff is always so organized and efficient, creating a welcoming and structured environment for the kids. When my daughter started, educators Agata and Harshita in the nursery room made her transition so smooth and comforting, and I could see how patient they were with her every step of the way. The communication system they have in place is fantastic – it’s so helpful to be able to track her progress and see updates on what she’s doing throughout the day. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything. I’m truly grateful for the positive environment in this childcare centre, making me feel comfortable to have my child there.
