My daughter was a bit shy at first, but now she’s always happy and excited to go every day 🥰 The environment is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities that support both learning and social development. I also really appreciate the regular updates about my child throughout the day. A big thank you to all the educators for taking such great care of my daughter. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a childcare centre! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff are so warm and welcoming and always go above and beyond, creating amazing experiences for the children to engage in. My son has learnt and developed his language significantly over the past 10 months during his time at first grammar and that’s a testimony to the wonderful educators!

We are new to Sydney and were confused as to which pre-school is good for our kid. We are now happy with our choice. Our son loves to go to school. Thanks to educators like Roja Bawaji who takes good care of our kid and makes sure he learns new things at every step. Thanks for the entire team!

The teachers don’t just supervise the children — they actively engage with them, guide them, and really take the time to understand each child as an individual. You can genuinely feel that they care, not just about learning outcomes, but about the children’s wellbeing, emotions, and overall development. It’s so reassuring as a parent to know that our child is in an environment where the educators are attentive, patient, and consistently present. The level of involvement we’ve seen has made a huge difference in our child’s confidence and comfort. We truly appreciate the dedication of the team and the warm, nurturing environment they create every day. We’re very grateful to be part of this centre and would highly recommend it to other families.

The educators are absolutely incredible, so caring, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. My children absolutely adore them, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they are in such loving and capable hands every day. Over the years, I’ve watched my children grow, learn, and truly thrive in this environment. The level of attention, encouragement, and dedication from the team has played such a huge role in their development and confidence. First Grammar Fairfield feels like a second home to us, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my children. We are so grateful to be part of such a wonderful community and absolutely adore every single member of the team!

The staff were all so welcoming, greeting us warmly as we walked through while interacting with the children — there was a real sense of care and community. While the centre isn’t a new build, it is spacious and thoughtfully set up, with open play areas for different age groups and large rooms for eating, playing and sleeping. The activities on rotation are fantastic! We were especially impressed by the centre manager, Gessika. Her attention to detail, combined with her genuine care for each family, really stood out. You could see how much families and children valued her — parents greeted her with smiles, and children naturally gravitated towards her. At orientation, we met one of the educators in our son’s room. Ms Shania took the time to interact with him and thoughtfully asked about his routine and development to help prepare for his transition. Since starting this year, our experience has only reinforced our first impressions. All of the educators are warm, friendly and genuinely caring, and we feel confident our son is well looked after. The team in the Bunnies room — Ms Patricia, Ms Linh, Ms Fadia and Ms Shania — along with floaters like Ms Lenda, have been incredible in supporting his transition into a new environment. The broader team have also been wonderful, especially during morning drop-offs, always checking in and helping to pass on messages when needed. We’re so grateful to have found such a supportive and caring centre. It has made returning to work that much easier, knowing our son is in such good hands. The updates have also been fantastic — it’s so lovely to see live updates of what he is learning. The activities are always varied and engaging, and we know he is thriving in such a stimulating environment. Thank you to all the amazing educators! We know she is still training, but she has been such a delight — so warm, gentle and lovely!

If you truly care about your child, this is absolutely the place you should choose. The staff genuinely approach the children with the warmth and care of a mother. My son previously attended another school where he had negative experiences. While searching for a new preschool, we found this place, and from the very first meeting, we felt that we were in the right place. They treated my child with such understanding and compassion that my son, who had developed trauma from his previous school, started to love school again. Of course, this did not happen overnight☺️they were patient and provided genuine support to both our child and us throughout the process. What they have done for us means so much 🫂 This is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend forever. And if I have another child in the future, I now know exactly where to send them 😄
