I was really stressed and anxious with the idea of enrolling my 2 year old into daycare as he has never been before and is very emotionally sensitive. Over the period of his transition Miss Monika, Amanda, Sushma, Tarana, Yen, Belinda, and Zach have all been extremely supportive and patient with him which I am so incredibly grateful for. If you are super anxious about enrolling your child this is the best daycare to choose, they are the most kind, genuinely caring bunch of educators with great personalities and compassion for all of the children. My son absolutely loves going now and is so excited in the morning, which has been an amazing change for him. I literally could not recommend this place more! I also want to mention that they prepare really cool and fun learning activities for the children. It’s a great atmosphere here and you will feel at ease knowing your child is in the care of loving people ☺️

She was the only reason we chose to enrol our son here after a traumatic experience at a previous daycare that had seriously injured him. From day one, Ellie showed incredible understanding, patience, and care. She took the time to build trust and made our son feel safe—something that meant the world to us. He connected with her immediately and always lights up when he sees her. On days when she’s not there, he struggles to settle. Ellie has made a lasting impact on our family, and we honestly can't recommend her enough. First Grammar is losing a truly special centre manager. Warm Regards, Freeman Family.

Over the past five years, I’ve had the pleasure of sending three of my children here, and I’m consistently impressed by the wonderful team of educators. They are always kind, caring, and genuinely interested in each child's development. My kids absolutely love spending time with them, and it’s clear they have formed strong, nurturing bonds. The staff goes above and beyond to make every child feel valued and supported, which truly gives me peace of mind as a parent. It’s such a fantastic environment, and I’m so grateful for the love and care my children receive every day.

The environment is nurturing and inclusive, with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships with every child. The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), ensuring that all learning experiences are play-based, child-led, and developmentally appropriate. Children are supported to grow socially, emotionally, and academically through engaging, hands-on experiences and a wide variety of activities every day. What stands out the most is how much the children are valued—each child’s voice is heard, and their interests are always incorporated into the curriculum. The management team is fantastic—supportive, approachable, and always there to help when needed. It’s a place where both children and educators thrive. I’m proud to be part of such a passionate and dedicated team!

From the moment we enrolled our girls, we were met with warmth, kindness, and a genuine sense that the team truly cares about the wellbeing and development of every child that walks through their doors. One of the most touching things for me as a parent is seeing how deeply connected our girls have become with the educators. Our eldest is now in primary school, but she still insists on coming along for drop-offs and pick-ups - just so she can give the educators a hug. That alone says everything about the kind of love and security this centre provides. The educators are nothing short of incredible. They’re nurturing, patient, and always take the time to truly understand each child as an individual. They’ve helped our daughter grow in so many ways - her confidence, communication, and social skills have all flourished since starting here. It’s such a beautiful thing to witness as a parent, and we credit so much of that growth to the support and encouragement she’s received from the team. The centre itself is bright, secure, and thoughtfully set up with a great balance of structured learning and imaginative play. What I really appreciate is the strong focus on inclusion, kindness, and emotional wellbeing - it’s clear that these values are embedded in everything they do. The regular updates through the app are a huge bonus. Seeing photos, learning stories, and daily notes helps us stay connected to our daughter’s day and sparks lovely conversations at home about what she’s been up to. Most importantly, we feel completely at ease knowing our child is in such a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. That peace of mind is priceless. We have moved from another childcare and I can tell the level of care is totally different, my son is thriving here, he remembers his educators’ name, he is so happy going to childcare every day.
