The centre is sufficiently equipped with a play area also for a pre-school kids thet have enough material for the learning point of view.

There were so many factors I had to consider before feeling comfortable leaving my baby with someone else—things like sleeping arrangements, food options, cleanliness, educator-to-child ratios, and most importantly, whether my baby would be held, comforted, and truly cared for. Once I met the educators, everything started to change. Through our conversations, I came to realise that they weren’t just there for my daughter—they became an incredible support system for me as a mum as well. We both had to adjust to a new routine and environment, and the educators were incredibly understanding and flexible throughout that process. They welcomed my frequent visits, answered all my questions with patience, and kept me thoroughly updated on my daughter’s progress. It became a true partnership. We worked together to trial new approaches and problem-solve challenges along the way. I felt heard, respected, and supported as a parent, and I’m so thankful for the team’s willingness to collaborate and take on my suggestions. Today, I completely trust them with my daughter. She squeals with excitement when we walk through the doors. The ladies here are very friendly, caring and approachable with any concerns. They are very communicative, send lots of updates and use the Xplor app which I absolutely love as it gives me updates on her daily activities. Highly recommend Great Beginnings Mill Park.

Our first child started at just 14 months old and stayed right through until graduating to primary school at 5, and our second child is currently attending. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, caring, and truly invested in the wellbeing and development of our children. One of the things we’ve really appreciated is the low staff turnover — it’s been so reassuring to see familiar faces year after year, which helped our kids build strong, trusting relationships. The educators are friendly, nurturing, and take the time to get to know each child individually. The centre managers have always been thoughtful and responsive to parent feedback, and communication has been excellent throughout our time there. It’s clear that they truly care about both the children and their families. Plus, the in-house chef is amazing — our kids loved the meals and snacks, and we loved the healthy, varied menu. We’re so grateful for the positive start Great Beginnings Reservoir has given our children. Highly recommend to any family looking for a warm and professional early learning environment!
