My daughter settled into the nursery room very quickly thanks to their care and support. The educators always listen to our concerns and have been very attentive, especially when we discussed her dietary needs. My daughter is always happy to go to the centre and has built positive relationships not only with the nursery educators but also with staff from other rooms. It’s such a warm, caring and nurturing learning environment.

My older daughter attended from 18 months to 5 years old, growing tremendously in confidence, curiosity, and kindness under the centre's nurturing care. Even after we moved to a different suburb and the commute became significantly longer, we couldn't bear to leave— the warmth, consistency, and exceptional quality of care made every extra minute on the road worthwhile. When our younger daughter was ready for childcare at around 1 year old, there was no question: we enrolled her at Sandcastles too. Both girls have thrived in an environment filled with genuine love, thoughtful attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to each child's individual needs and development. What sets Sandcastles apart is its outstanding team. Yelim manages everything with such grace, efficiency, and warmth—she truly keeps the centre running seamlessly and creates a welcoming community feel. Kate, the head chef, deserves special mention; her delicious, nutritious meals are a daily highlight—our children have always looked forward to lunch and come home excited to tell us what they ate! The educators are simply exceptional: Kelly, Paris, Jessica, Emily, Sally, Nandar, Ivy, and so many others bring passion, patience, and creativity to every interaction. They don't just teach—they build meaningful relationships, celebrate milestones, and make every child feel truly seen and cherished. We are so grateful for the secure, joyful foundation Sandcastles has given both our daughters. If you're looking for a childcare centre that feels like an extension of family, where children are inspired to learn and grow every single day, Sandcastles is truly outstanding. The teachers are warm, engaging, and create such a positive environment. We also love that there are fun and interesting excursions from time to time — such great experiences for the children!

The environment feels nurturing, safe, and full of warmth. I would especially like to mention Chef Kate, who prepares delicious and diverse meals everyday. She is always friendly and incredibly helpful and ensures everything is prioritized and handled seamlessly.
