We've had such a wonderful experience with Sandcastles Chatswood 2. What really stands out is the genuine care and dedication of the educators. You can tell they truly care about the children and take the time to get to know each child as an individual. Since starting at Sandcastles, we've seen such a positive change in our child, especially in his confidence, independence and love of learning. It's been lovely to see him grow and develop in such a nurturing environment. We are so grateful to the whole team for everything they do. Highly recommend to any family looking for a caring and supportive centre!

We have had a wonderful experience with this childcare centre for the past 3 years +. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely attentive to the children. We have always felt that our child was in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

The staff communicate well with families and always take the time to provide updates about our child’s day, development, and progress. It is clear that they genuinely care about each child and put a lot of effort into creating enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences.

Really happy we chose Sandcastles Childcare for our 4-year-old boy. All the educators are super nice and so patient with him, which means a lot. He loves going there every day and has genuinely improved so much in his development since starting. Highly recommend them to any local parents!

Our daughter, Yi Lin, has been attending this childcare centre for almost two months, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

This was the very first childcare centre we visited after moving to Australia. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed and comfortable that we didn’t even visit any other centres. We knew this was the right place for our daughter.

When Yi Lin first arrived in Australia, she spoke very little English and found it difficult to adapt to a new environment. Thanks to the patience, kindness and genuine care of the educators, she has gradually settled into childcare life with confidence and happiness.

We would especially like to thank Rasanthi, Thelma, Fanny, Libby, and Crystal for their incredible support, patience, and dedication. We are also very grateful to all the other educators and staff members who have cared for Yi Lin from time to time.

A special thank you also to Cecilia, the centre cook. Yi Lin really enjoys the meals she prepares, and we truly appreciate her hard work and care.

As parents, moving to a new country can be challenging, but knowing our daughter is in such caring hands gives us complete peace of mind. We are truly grateful to the whole team and highly recommend this childcare centre to any family looking for a warm, professional and nurturing environment.

Good child care in a convenient location near the station. Staff were very welcoming, patient and friendly to our 1 yo son.

The educators at Sandcastles have been wonderful. My daughter settled into the nursery room very quickly thanks to their care and support. The educators always listen to our concerns and have been very attentive, especially when we discussed her dietary needs. My daughter is always happy to go to the centre and has built positive relationships not only with the nursery educators but also with staff from other rooms. It’s such a warm, caring and nurturing learning environment.

5 Stars – If I could give 6 (or more), I would! Sandcastles has been an absolute blessing for our family over many wonderful years. My older daughter attended from 18 months to 5 years old, growing tremendously in confidence, curiosity, and kindness under the centre's nurturing care. Even after we moved to a different suburb and the commute became significantly longer, we couldn't bear to leave— the warmth, consistency, and exceptional quality of care made every extra minute on the road worthwhile. When our younger daughter was ready for childcare at around 1 year old, there was no question: we enrolled her at Sandcastles too. Both girls have thrived in an environment filled with genuine love, thoughtful attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to each child's individual needs and development. What sets Sandcastles apart is its outstanding team. Yelim manages everything with such grace, efficiency, and warmth—she truly keeps the centre running seamlessly and creates a welcoming community feel. Kate, the head chef, deserves special mention; her delicious, nutritious meals are a daily highlight—our children have always looked forward to lunch and come home excited to tell us what they ate! The educators are simply exceptional: Kelly, Paris, Jessica, Emily, Sally, Nandar, Ivy, and so many others bring passion, patience, and creativity to every interaction. They don't just teach—they build meaningful relationships, celebrate milestones, and make every child feel truly seen and cherished. We are so grateful for the secure, joyful foundation Sandcastles has given both our daughters. If you're looking for a childcare centre that feels like an extension of family, where children are inspired to learn and grow every single day, Sandcastles is truly outstanding. Educators are very nice!

We feel so lucky to have found Sandcastle Chatswood 2. Annie and Alice have really enjoyed their time here and always come home happy. Huge thanks to Yelim, Kelly, Jessica, Paris, Emily and many other wonderful teachers who care so much for the kids. The teachers are warm, engaging, and create such a positive environment. We also love that there are fun and interesting excursions from time to time — such great experiences for the children!
