We’ve been with Eden Acadmeny, Broadbeach Waters since day one and feel so fortunate to have found a childcare centre that feels like home.<br>From the friendly, compassionate, and caring staff to the thoughtfully curated rooms and amenities, and beautiful fresh meals from on-site chef’s; we couldn’t be happier.<br>Both of my kids have formed great relationships with the educators and other children, and we’ve made some life-long friends in the process.<br>All of the educators go above and beyond, especially if we’re ever having a harder than usual drop-off (which is rare), and I can leave knowing they’re well looked after and happy again within minutes of me leaving.. often accompanied by a photo or message update to say they’re now happily playing with friends. And, the fact that our kids never say they don’t want to go to kindy, says a lot about the environment & community that Eden Broadbeach and all staff have created.<br>If ever there’s an issue, we feel we’re always well-informed and supported as parents to find the best way to help each other and the kids moving forward.<br>We love Eden Broadbeach and are grateful everyday for the amazing care and support!

We couldnt be more pleased with the care and service provided at Eden BW! The level of care is genuinely high, the educators are warm and attentive, and communication with parents is always clear and thoughtful (for example, calling promptly if any concerns have been identified or even a heads up if your little one hasn’t napped well etc). The food provided is healthy and nutritious, which gives real peace of mind. They also go above and beyond with lovely touches like parent breakfasts, special events, and even opening on Valentine’s Day night so parents can get a well earned date night. There’s always a great mix of activities to keep the kids engaged and happy. We feel very lucky to be part of this community!

With a holistic focus, the program at Eden Academy ensures the children grow in all areas of their development. This includes social, emotional, physical and cognitive skill development.
Nature is an important part of the program, teaching the children to respect and care for the environment. The children learn how vegetables grow and enjoy nature play activities. They understand the calm of spending time outdoors and enjoy all of nature’s creations.
Health and wellbeing is another focus of the program. The children learn about healthy eating and nutrition through the meals prepared by the centre chef. We were very disappointed with Eden Academy’s handling of a serious incident involving our son! He was punched by three other boys over a period of time and got frightened, but there was no incident report, no phone call, and no communication to us as parents. We were not informed at pick-up until my son started to tell me and then the teacher stepped in.<br><br>For a childcare centre, duty of care, transparency, and timely communication with parents are critical—especially when physical incidents occur. Unfortunately, the way this was managed fell well below acceptable standards and has caused us significant concern.
