Chef Arlie's food is great, unfortunately cant say the same for the rest. Had a few incidents in the few months my 2yr old was there, hence he isnt anymore. -My child was found in the hallway with stairs unattended (incident reported and blamed on other parents) -two girls found in class unattended while everyone else outside (educator notified and thought it was funny) -lead educator refusing my child tea time snacks cos he didnt wash his hands, which i entered halfway through the situation (management ignored this based on educator's version of events) -my child refused more corn thins at tea time after he didnt eat the lunch (my wife witnessed this) -lead educator incapable of handling the actions of my child, a toddler, and ask parents how to handle him at school (educators arent supported by management nor equipped) -lead educator rates my child for a progress report, but she cant explain the definition to an adult of the item being rated (educational gap) -educational lead focusses on theory and little practical and logical explanations of behaviour of my child (implies my child is a problem biting, and doesnt want to acknowledge others do it too) -top floor facilities arent sun safe (kids burnt, dehydrated and some lying on the ground from heat exhaustion in the afternoons) -outside facilicities arent age appropriate with choking hazzard pebbles on the ground (stones that look like sweets), which my child tried to eat, and was raised with management (issue never remediated) -my child had constant nappy rash even after providing bum cream at the change station Paying a premium price for a new daycare, you would expect a high level of care

We have had our 3 year old at Eden Academy since the end of June and I cannot sing higher praise for all of the educators and administrative staff (also a shout out to Chef Arlie who is an absolute ray of sunshine). The facilities are always clean and well kept. Their policies and procedures are incredibly detailed and thorough. The day to day curriculum they set for the children is so imaginative and engaging. The food is delicious and the communication is just wonderful. I feel so secure knowing my little one is being so well looked after. The educators have worked patiently with my daughter who has bouts of separation anxiety and can be emotional at times. They are so gentle and kind and she loves all of her educators so much. Highly recommend Eden Academy Hamilton to anyone considering childcare for their little ones

My son attends the junior kindy room and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. Miss Bri and Miss Kate are absolutely amazing. I am an emotional parent for sure and they always reassure me and tell me beautiful stories about his day. You can tell in their voice and tone the genuine love and care they have for him. He is constantly learning new things and sharing his day with me at home. He is excited to attend and I love to see the updates during the day. 10/10 would recommend.

We have two children at Eden Academy Hamilton and couldn’t be happier. The educators are amazing – warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported, and it’s been amazing to see how much our kids have grown in confidence and happiness since starting. It’s a beautiful environment with a wonderful team – we’re so grateful to have found Eden!

The most beautiful centre with incredible educators who actually care ... we moved our daughter to Eden and she is absolutely thriving. The team all go above and beyond to make sure children are healthy, happy and have great activities for their development. Couldn't recommend more

We have recently moved our daughter to Eden Academy Hamilton, all the educators have been absolutely amazing with her transition and made us all feel so welcomed. The environments are beautiful and full of quality resources. My daughter is the happiest she has even been at day care and is always so excited to go.

Our 1-year-old is loving it at Eden Academy Hamilton! It's her first time in care and I've been so grateful to see how quickly she has felt safe in the environment and with the educators. The facilities are beautiful and the staff wonderful.

A wonderful experience. Matilda and the team are fabulous and the centre is beautiful. I highly recommend, my son loves it!
