I can not fault Eden Academy. I toured so many childcare facilities between Morayfield and Caboolture and my daughter and I fell in... I can not fault Eden Academy. I toured so many childcare facilities between Morayfield and Caboolture and my daughter and I fell in love with Eden straight away. The staff are all super friendly, kind, caring and loving! The centre is beautiful with loads on offer for the kids to play with. My daughter at nearly 3 years of age had never been in care! The transition was seamless and I don't think a single tear was shed! She loves her carers and is super excited to attend every day. The best centre we have come across! We are so incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience, and support the team at Eden has... The best centre we have come across! We are so incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience, and support the team at Eden has shown our family, especially our son, during his transition to kindy life. Change has never been easy for our little guy, but the love and understanding he has received from the educators (a special shoutout to Paige, Bree, Ambar + Stacey) has made such a difference. They have been so gentle and encouraging, creating a space where he feels safe and supported. We truly appreciate the open communication and the care they extend not only to our son but also to us as parents. Without hesitation this will be our forever daycare and kindy for all our children in the future. We couldn’t recommend them more Thank you for everything you do—it does not go unnoticed! Read more

The management are really nice however I felt my daughter wasn’t looked after properly. It took me a while to reflect on this... The management are really nice however I felt my daughter wasn’t looked after properly. It took me a while to reflect on this experience & put into words . The first problem was that was placed in a room she was too young for and therefore everyday we picked her up to be told she was * emotional + very clingy *. She had just turned 1. She was still crawling when she started and was in a room with children who looked at least 2. She struggled to settle & everyday she cried. There wasn’t many photos of her ( can count on hand ) & yet photos were uploaded regularly of other children and she was crying in the ones I did see. It was hard because I understand children can be clingy but some staff made us feel it was our fault/ her fault. One staff member particularly informed me that “ she really really struggles - I won’t lie”. All of this was never paired with suggestions - just bad feedback. In the morning drop offs, a few times we dropped her off and she would be crying really hard & walk to the door. There was only 1 or 2 person so she couldn’t properly be comforted . I understand it’s child care but this wasn’t a great experience. We decided to pull her out after 2 months or so & keep her at home . We are now trying care again and having a completely different experience . Shes in an age appropriate room & she’s being comforted when she cries at us leaving. Plenty of updates about her & most importantly I feel more at ease. It’s never gonna be perfect but just some feedback. Some educators were amazing and I would never want anyone in trouble as it’s not their fault either. Read more

Not a great place for a child to attend. Always new staff and hard to ask questions about your child as staff... Not a great place for a child to attend. Always new staff and hard to ask questions about your child as staff looks like they're not interesting at all. Front desk staff are the most rudest you will ever meet, very ignoring. Kids always look like They are ready to go home. Would not recommend sending your kids there. Is just Weird sad Energy at caboolture eden academy. Make kids depress rather than a happy place 👎 Read more
