My children have attended this centre for quite some time, and unfortunately, I feel things have gone downhill since the change in management.<br><br>There has been a noticeable turnover of staff, with many familiar educators leaving and new faces coming in. I’ve also found communication from management to be inconsistent, and at times, I’ve felt that my concerns about my child were not properly addressed. Conversations with management have sometimes been difficult to navigate, making it challenging to raise concerns and leave feeling heard.<br><br>I’ve also been disappointed by the cleanliness of the entrance and foyer on multiple occasions, where I’ve seen rubbish such as chip packets, paper and soft drink bottles left around. This does not create a welcoming first impression for families.<br><br>Another concern is the atmosphere within the centre. I’ve noticed educators appearing more stressed than previously, and on multiple occasions, I’ve heard children swearing in the room near the entrance without noticing any intervention.<br><br>At approximately $190 per day, I also struggle to see the value for money. Although excursions are listed among the centre’s offerings, my children have not attended any during their time here. I was also told by a staff member that the children had not yet been on an excursion. While incursions do take place, the activities I’ve observed have been fairly limited.<br><br>I have also witnessed and overheard management trying to convince people to make good reviews, as the previous rating was 3. It seems very performative, and many families i have spoken to have felt uncomfortable with being asked.<br><br>I understand that changes can happen within any childcare centre, but the difference between our initial experience and what we’ve experienced more recently has been disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for the benefit of the children, families and educators.<br><br>Unfortunately, this no longer feels like the same centre we originally enrolled our children in, and my confidence in the centre has declined considerably.

It’s been nothing short of wonderful having my child at this centre. Welcoming, responsive and knowledgeable staff.

Incredible care has been given to my child. Every single employee from kitchen staff to the educators very clearly love and care for all the children and work tirelessly to help them learn and grow.

I am so beyond grateful I have found this centre. My boys absolutely love it. They come home happy, they're well looked after and overall centre and staff are amazing at their jobs. Thank you for being such a good space I can feel safe leaving my children.

Wonderful Chilcare Centre. The children are happy and cared for and the managers Kara and Kairo are very helpful. I would recommend sending your children here.

My daughter has been attending this daycare for 3 years now and I could not fault them, they have become a family to us and she loves going and learning.. the staff are amazing, my new baby will be attending when I head back to work..

I’ve have had such a wonderful experience with this daycare centre. The staff are fantastic,caring, friendly and always welcoming. The facilities are wonderful, clean and provide a great environment for the children to learn, play and grow. The management team is also fantastic. They are approachable, easy to talk to and always willing to listen and help whenever needed. I love how my daughter look forward to seeing daycare friends and family.

Extremely disappointing.<br><br>My baby has had multiple incidents, including injuries to the head, and I’m left with nothing more than a phone call and no proper incident report. That is completely unacceptable. Parents should not have to chase basic information about injuries to their own child.<br><br>For nearly $150 a day, I expect quality care, proper communication and decent food not excuses. The food quality is honestly shocking for a childcare centre.<br><br>The constant changes in centre management speak volumes. Friendly conversations with parents mean very little when the actual standards and systems behind the scenes appear to be falling short.<br><br>Eden Academy’s operations/area management seriously need to take responsibility and look at what is happening at Woodridge. Parents are paying a premium to trust you with their children and that trust needs to be earned.<br><br>Do better or shut down<br><br>I wouldn’t give this place one star but had to for the review.

We have been at this centre since late 2024 and love it! The team are caring, attentive, and communicate well. I leave happy after drop off knowing my children are well looked after and cared for.

Unsafe practices. Continual INJURIES with zero reporting and accountability and NO explanation. This centre hires anyone with a pulse and that's evident by every single gronk in their "head office" too. Ratio of "educators" is off too. The place is filthy and a disaster.<br><br>UPDATED COMMENT: I have tried contacting your head office and encountered more useless people in one organisation than I have in my entire life until this point. This place is an absolute shambles and so disorganised. No one has any clue what is going on. They all point the finger and take ZERO accountability. Judging by the influx of poor reviews in such a short amount of time, they have gone epically downhill. This centre is the WORST!!!
