Little birds has been nothing but welcoming and supportive to my self and my son. I feel very confident in the centre. Very clean and always organised and tidy.
My son was had anxiety at first but has formed a great connection with his educators, and is settling is nicely.
Definitely recommend!
Absolutely love this centre! All of the staff are fantastic with my child and my child is happy to be a part of the Little Birds community. The centre manager Brenda has been lovely, approachable and understanding in every aspect as a first point of call - especially in these trying world times. My child's teachers have always been amazing and it's reassuring how other educators in other rooms know all of the children's names in the whole centre and attend to them regardless. One happy family here :)

Absolutely love, love, love this centre...... Wish I had found this centre sooner!! Every staff member is amazing & my son has the best time everyday that he attends. On arrival to the centre everyday the atmosphere is so welcoming & the management team are so friendly & easy to approach, they are always there to help out whenever you need anything. I would highly recommend Little Birds Early Learning Centre to anyone looking for care for their child/children
Absolute WORST centre we have ever attended. Their Centre Manager Brenda seems nice on first meet but she has a nasty side when challenged. They charge additional fees on top of fees which is unethical. The room staff are lovely however the management team are extremely difficult to deal with when a problem arises - they brush it aside. I should have read the reviews myself before sending my child here (Lesson learned!) Clean centre to look at but very poorly run. Needs better management and a better handling on situations. Definitely DO NOT recommend sending your child here with the current management. There are much better centre's around the area that have better procedures and policy handling. Do your research first.. Lots of bad reviews on Facebook warned to be aware of this centre, and a lot of warning about their Centre Manager Brenda. I wish I knew 😞. Word of warning to all interested families - BEWARE AND RESEARCH FIRST!!

My son absolutely loves it at Little Birds, he can't get in the door fast enough and comes home happy but exhausted. I love the constant updates, photos and links to the EYLF. The vibe when you walk in is indicative of the whole centre: relaxed, friendly, calm, almost a little oasis.
Only gripe is that occasionally the communication from admin is a bit slack and I have to chase them up but this is not always the case and forgivable given the quality of care and the beautiful centre which is well maintained.

Whilst I had a good experience on my tour date (unlike the other review left by another person on here) I was told on the phone the day prior to my tour that they had vacancies for my children to attend, then on the day of my tour the director left me with another person at the front desk to continue with the enrolment process, only to be told to add my children to the waitlist.
I did so, then had no communication back from this centre. I sent a follow up email and again was ignored with no response back.
Was a very odd and unprofessional experience in the end, somewhat similar to another person that left a review over a year ago.
Seems they have not improved in a year!
Excellent comprehensive quality services provided by the staff and director. Easy to approach and very helpful in all aspects of the centre. New amazing facilities that are exceptional and up to highest quality available.
I called every day this week to enquire about my son attending one day a week. I was told there was a place, then there wasn't, then there was... And when I called up confused as to why I kept being told different things each time I was met with extremely rude, dismissive and argumentative attitude by one of the staff members. I had rung every day that week trying to organise enrolment and had only visited the day before and she couldn't even remember my or my sons name. How could I trust a centre like this to care for my son if they can't even communicate between each other to give parents the right information. Absolutely useless.
