I had my daughter placed in the Kindy program and she was there for no more than 2 weeks before she suffer horrific injuries. An educator DISLOCATED the radial head on her elbow by holding her wrists to 'encourage' her to pick up something and forcing her to pick it up, hence the dislocation. After asking multiple times for the Director at Raceview to start a complaint process she denied the injury even though I have emergency room hospital evidence to prove it. The Director told me over and over again "shut-up I don't care what you have to say, I don't see a need to file a report so if you want to get it started you have to do it yourself" so I did. Would NOT recommend this service to anyone and honestly if the Director of Raceview was the face of my business I'd be completely appalled and embarrassed to say the least. DISGUSTING Read more
