We have sent our two kids (1 and 3 year old) there for about a year now. They show so much love and attention to the kids. They take great effort and dedication in setting up a fun environment, with many special events throughout the year. The food is wholesome and nutritious with their dedicated onsite Chef - Adrian. Well done Jet, Bianca, Michael and the team. Special shout outs to educators - Ms Kaleena, Raj, Lynn and Sim!

About Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure Redlynch

At Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure Redlynch, our greatest strength lies in the richness of our people and the connections they create. Our diverse team brings a wide range of cultural backgrounds, languages and lived experiences into the centre each day. This is not something we simply acknowledge—it is something we actively share with children through meaningful, educator-led experiences. From language opportunities to yoga and culturally inspired activities, children are supported to develop an appreciation for different perspectives, fostering inclusion, respect and a genuine curiosity about the world around them.

These experiences are strengthened by the consistency of our long-standing team. Children are supported by familiar educators who take the time to truly know them—their interests, routines and what helps them feel safe and confident. This continuity builds strong, trusting relationships and creates a deep sense of belonging for both children and families, allowing children to settle with ease and engage fully in their day.

Our approach to learning is guided by a play-based, child-led philosophy, with a strong focus on taking a slow and intentional approach. We give children the time and space to explore their ideas, revisit experiences and build deeper understanding. Rather than rushing learning, we value meaningful engagement—supporting children to develop confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning that stays with them well beyond their early years.

We cannot thank the team at Redlynch Sanctuary Early Learning Centre enough for the incredible support they have shown our family over the past 3 weeks. Starting daycare for our 11-month-old daughter was something we were extremely anxious about, but the care, kindness, and reassurance we received made the transition so much easier. A very special thank you to Michael, the Assistant Director, who guided us through every step of the process with unwavering support, understanding, and genuine care. He truly helped ease our worries and made us feel confident leaving our daughter in such capable hands. We are also so grateful to Mrs Shail and Mrs Lyn in our daughter’s room. From transition days and play dates to every drop-off and pick-up, they have provided constant support, warmth, and encouragement. It is so comforting to know our daughter is surrounded by educators who genuinely care for her wellbeing and happiness. The level of care and effort the educators put into keeping families updated throughout the day is absolutely amazing. We love receiving daily and weekly updates, reflections, and photographs that capture all the special moments and activities our daughter experiences. It gives us so much comfort and reassurance while we are apart from her. The communication is outstanding, with detailed updates about her meals, milk bottles, sleep times, nappy changes, and overall wellbeing each day. It is clear that the educators put so much thought and attention into every child in their care. The environment itself is also beautiful. The spaces the educators create are so calming, welcoming, and thoughtfully organised, making the rooms feel warm and homely rather than overwhelming. You can see the care and effort that goes into setting up engaging and comforting spaces for the children each day. The outdoor play area is absolutely amazing and provides such a wonderful environment for exploration and play. One of the sweetest parts is that the children even get to watch the kuranda train go by daily. As parents, trusting someone else with your baby is one of the hardest things to do, but we truly feel so grateful to have started our daughter at Redlynch Sanctuary. The love, patience, and dedication shown by every staff member has made such a positive difference to our family, and we already feel like part of the Redlynch Sanctuary family. We would highly recommend the centre to any parents looking for a nurturing, supportive, and caring environment for their child.
