While we strive for full transparency, we must also follow legal and privacy obligations regarding the release of CCTV footage. We regret that the footage did not capture the incident clearly, and we acknowledge how frustrating that must be. We would also like to address the concerns raised about hydration and feeding. Our educators are trained to monitor children’s food and water intake closely, and we encourage regular hydration throughout the day.
