My son went to twinkle tots for a year and We are so grateful for the love, support, and dedication the entire team shows to him. I would highly recommend this center to any family looking for a safe, engaging, and caring place for their child. It has been a truly positive and memorable experience for my child.

We have had such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre and couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives. The educators are truly excellent. They are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s learning and wellbeing. The management is very organised, and the admin staff are always lovely and helpful, which makes everything run so smoothly. The venue itself is beautiful — clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for children to learn and play. Our son especially loves the playground. There are always engaging activities happening, and it’s clear how much effort the team puts into creating a positive and nurturing environment. My son always comes home with sparkles in his eyes, excited to tell us about his day, which truly says it all. We feel incredibly grateful to have found such a fantastic childcare centre and would highly recommend it to any family looking for high-quality care.

I cannot be more thankful to this centre! The program they offer for my preschooler is absolutely fantastic and the teacher so warm and caring. They attend to each children with such care and are so patient. It is not a corporate ginormous centre which my partner and I love about the most, and the playground space is second to none! The admin/accounts team is superb and handles enquiries quickly and efficiently. Thank you Twinkle Tots for making our child's preschool life so memorable!

Update…Absolutely the worst accounts team god ever put on this planet. If you enjoy battling your finances every week, you will love this place..! My advice.. avoid at all costs… this is a last option type establishment..! As their response below clearly demonstrates what I am talking about…They are still confused between 2024 and 2025. 2024/2025 returned in April as they stated..not chasing that..2025/2026 still waiting….!! Advice child was leaving end of January 2026, was provided in mid- Dec 25..! ****Further Update****as at 12/02/26 My wife, even after providing more than 7 weeks notice..still no bond return. The crazy thing, we were told ALL the parents are still awaiting bond return.What’s the point of giving a full months notice..? I might add.. situation reversed and it was us owing you.. you’d be calling twice a day chasing the money..!! Sorry, no excuse for incompetence..!! I will ensure my wife also leaves the appropriate “customer” feedback..

We’ve had a great experience here. The space is great and the educator to child ratio is excellent, so our daughter gets plenty of attention. She started at age two and genuinely loves the interactive activities. The staff are so friendly, highly recommend!

Very good atmosphere, caring and supportive staff.

My daughter recently graduated from this centre after attending for 8 months, and we are so grateful for the time she spent here. When she started at age 3, she didn't speak much English, but the educators were incredibly patient and supportive, helping her find her confidence. She grew to love the centre and her teachers dearly. The facility is always clean, and the large backyard was her absolute favourite place to be. It was the perfect environment for her to play and learn. We are sad to leave, but she is so well-prepared for her next step thanks to the wonderful team here!
