I am always advised when things happen. My son is not the greatest communicator but he has made huge improvements in his speech and his overall communication since attending. We only had a few issues with billing which is a downfall where I was constantly chasing replies about why billing is not accurate or always changing. However other than that I think they ate great. Special mentions to Hua, Jing, Holly, Hima and Anmol for a great job they were/are amazing thank you team. Read more

Once when it opened when it looked fabulous. Toured again recently. The Assistant Director was unenthusiastic, appeared bored during the tour and offered basic answers to questions. We saw children crying everywhere and educators too busy talking about personal things. The Ratio appeared to be out as there seemed a lot less child carers than needed. A child fell upstairs and stood with a bleeding grazed knee. Child carers saw it happen but didn’t help the boy who was now crying. Downstairs can only be described as chaotic and stressful for the children and carers. Classrooms looked empty. Nothing for the children to use. What was there was messy and all over the floors. My child picked up some books and they were all falling apart. Bathrooms were dirty with toilet paper everywhere and water all over the floors. Will not be enrolling my children. Read more

My daughter started at Werribee kids at the start of 2024, things started off rather well, after approx 6 months I was reached out to by people outside of the centre (no children in the centre) who informed me that one of the educators from Billy Buttons room (I shall not name) had been telling them complete lies about my daughter. These lies were told to someone I had nothing to do with. I didn’t approach the centre at first cause I was waiting to hear back from the educators in her room, when I heard nothing I was surprised so I went into the centre and questioned staff for them to say that my daughter was well behaved at daycare and they were shocked to hear such rumours. I left it for another month. My daughter used to love daycare and was so excited to go play, we found that upon dropping her off that if that particular educator was working she would get very upset and start crying, latching onto us screaming she wanted to go home. At first we just thought it was nerves but she wasn’t like it when that particular educator wasn’t there. So I decided to bring my concerns to the new director, I told her all of my concerns including the rumours and her new behaviour where she expressed to me that “we’re taking this very seriously, we want you and your child to feel that this is a safe and welcoming space so please feel free to reach out with any concerns and we will be speaking to said team member” and I left the centre. Within 2.5 hours of leaving that team member who is friends with the director had been spoken to and breached confidently AGAIN to speak about my report and child with people that had no association to the daycare. I then found out a couple days later that she had taken photos of my child on her own private device and sent them to people I had no association with and even FaceTimed a mutual friend with my child. I instantly stopped sending my daughter and went and seen the director AGAIN only for her to say that they have had a discussion with the educator and she has said she hasn’t done anything wrong. It was all swept under the rug, I then said that I wanted my child out of the daycare immediately I wasn’t sending her back where I was told that I have to pay and not send her for 2 weeks cause I’m withdrawing her from care on my own account, I went in on the last day and signed her in and out for subsidy purposes were I was told that was entitled to a refund and they would be in contact once she had been withdrawn, only to find that they didn’t withdraw her and I’m still yet to see the refund. Some of the staff are beautiful people but after this experience I would not recommend sending your child there. The director was very rude and only interested in protecting her friends even if they were in the wrong. My daughter and son are now enrolled in a different centre and loving it, due to whatever conspired at Werribee kids my daughter is still very very anxious regarding care but we are working through it. My children have attended since it opened in 2023, and the level of care, love, and support they have received has been incredible. The team has been so accommodating with my son, who has ADHD, making his experience in kinder smooth and enjoyable. They provided amazing support during his transition to school, ensuring he was prepared and confident. Even now, when he comes in to pick up his sister, the educators still ask about him and show genuine interest in how he’s going—he absolutely loves coming back to visit! My daughter, who is only 2.5, adores attending and is always greeted with so much love and warmth. She is known by everyone in the centre, and seeing how happy and excited she is to go each day speaks volumes about the amazing environment they’ve created. Any incidents or concerns have always been handled quickly and professionally, with great communication. The director, Tamara, and assistant director, Tash, are phenomenal—they are so involved in the rooms while also running the centre seamlessly. Their dedication truly shines through! The little extras, like the delicious meals from the chef that they sometimes send home for dinner or the breakfast packs for parents on busy mornings, make such a difference. It’s just another example of how much they genuinely care about the families. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a nurturing and supportive space for our kids—I wouldn’t want them anywhere else! Read more

The staff are amazing and caring and now my 2 year old shows an incredible bond with all staff at the centre. We’ve watched his confidence grow daily especially with his interactions with other children which is a credit to the educators for allowing his confidence to blossom. Always a good rundown of how my child’s day went, and always warmly greeted when entering. Cannot say a bad word about this centre. Read more

Unfortunately, this centre has gone extremely downhill for the last 5 months with new directorship. The director is extremely unprofessional and immature to the extent where she hides from parents (very obviously), and gossips about them behind their backs to other staff and in front of other parents. On my childs last day, I saw her run and hide from me until I left? I didn’t even leave on bad terms; I just wasn’t happy with the limited education and lack of supervision and decided to move elsewhere. Some of the staff are lovely, but it’s just not enough to outweigh the behaviour and the practice/procedures in this centre. A high level of school yard behaviour and unfortunately, negatively reflects on young females in management roles. Instead of taking parents concerns seriously, she bad mouths them behind their backs (witnessed by parents and a range of staff there). If you advocate for your child’s safety at the centre, she will say she’s working on it, only to find out all she has done is complain about you rather than focusing on the problem. When I put in a formal complaint that my child (who is 15 months old) had been bitten 5 times, including to the face, one of the staff members said, “If you don’t f'n like it then leave”. It took a formal complaint and around 10 weeks until some action was taken towards this behaviour, where multiple children were being bitten daily. Supervision standards are no where near up to scratch. Getting to our final days, there were days where I observed a 1 to 12+ ratio (mind you the educator was often sitting around on the floor, not engaging with the children). My child was contained to the outside area all day, every day with limited supervision, just left to run around (with drink bottles locked inside all day). There was no focus on learning and development – not even simple things like reading books or nursery rhymes, just music played outside on technology. When we first started, there was learning activities daily. There is no one on reception from 3:30pm/4pm onwards (when the centre is open until 6pm), and multiple randoms are let into the centre on the daily. My child was picked up by someone unknown to the centre, and no one queried this as there was no one at the desk? My child developed an infection on his private area during the day at childcare, which was extremely noticeable and inflamed, and confirmed by the GP to be developed there. He needed steroid cream. I mentioned this to the room leader, and multiple staff then told me it wasn’t there, and didn’t take any accountability and said, “Well he’s fine now” – as if I imagined this, when I had photo evidence from straight after picking up. My child would come home with bruises and scratches constantly. One day, I was called at 2pm (when my child was dropped off at 7:00am). I was told my child had a big scratch on his face from his nose across his cheek to his ear and if this happened at home or at the centre as they only just noticed it. My child had been at the centre for 7 hours already... What was once a great centre, has unfortunately become one of the worst I’ve seen in a while. Removing my child was the best thing I did. They also have all their reviews removed from local community groups on Facebook, which to me shows that they are just not willing to acknowledge or take ownership that things need to improve and is such a bad look. I wouldn’t recommend sending your children to this centre. It’s extremely unprofessional and unorganised. The lack of supervision is alarming. My son had came home from the centre 3 times with scratches and bruises on him and no one could give me an explanation on what had happened to him which isn’t good enough. Apparently no educators seen what happened and camera’s showed nothing? The directors are extremely immature. I didn’t appreciate being called hormonal behind my back because I was advocating for my child. Don’t waste your time and protect your babies from their centre! Read more

My sensitive little boy had severe separation anxiety at the beginning & the educators (not just his room educators the director and all staff) went above and beyond to accomodate him, nurturing him and doing all the extra things to ease his anxiety. They worked with him and at his pace, really understanding how he felt. Everything was always done in such a loving and caring way. My son calls his main educator his best friend and speaks often of the educators at home in such a positive way, I couldn’t be happier with the whole team and the facilities themselves. The updates and information provided on the app is amazing and I look forward to all the photos and updates every day he attends. Thank you!!! Read more
