What an absolute delight it has been having Holly, Renee and Makenzie help settle our little girl into childcare.<br><br>I was a very nervous mum when we started, and incredibly anxious about leaving my precious little 7-month-old in someone else’s care. From the very beginning, they were so understanding and supportive, and went out of their way to make me feel at ease — whether that was through regular updates and photos or a reassuring phone call when I needed it.<br><br>Most importantly, they made our daughter feel safe, loved and included, allowing her to form such a great bond with the educators in her room. They are incredibly hands-on and have supported her through everything from her sleep challenges to learning to crawl, making new friends and becoming more confident in her new environment.<br><br>They have always been wonderful at following her schedule where possible, while also being responsive to her individual needs and cues. As a mum, you really couldn’t ask for more when trusting someone with your little one for the first time.<br><br>We are so grateful to Holly, Renee and Makenzie for making what felt like such a huge and emotional transition for me into such a positive experience for our family.

We are so happy with our daughter’s daycare and especially with all the educators there.<br><br>The first few weeks were really hard for her. She would cry and tell us she didn’t want to go, which was quite difficult for us as parents too. But the educators were always so patient, gentle and caring with her and gave her the time she needed to settle in.<br><br>Now the change is amazing. Our daughter actually looks forward to going to daycare and is excited to see her educators. Seeing her happy and comfortable there gives us such peace of mind.<br><br>A big thank you to all the educators for taking such good care of her and making her feel safe, loved and comfortable. We really appreciate everything you do.

We’ve had such a great experience at Guardian Point Cook West. My 1-year-old son has been going there and has settled in so well. The educators are so caring, friendly and genuinely lovely with him. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s happy, safe and well cared for while he’s there. We’re really happy with the centre and would definitely recommend it to other families! ❤️

Guardian Point Cook has been a fantastic experience for our family from day one. We transferred from another Guardian centre, and the transition for both of my children, aged 2 and 4, was completely seamless. They settled in so quickly and hardly noticed the change at all.<br><br>The staff are incredibly welcoming, caring, and supportive. They always go above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including arranging additional casual days, even at short notice.<br><br>We have been very happy with the care, communication, and overall experience, and would highly recommend Guardian Point Cook to other families.

My daughter attended Guardian West Point Cook Childcare Centre and we had such a wonderful experience. The educators took such amazing care of her and were always so warm, kind, and friendly. From the very beginning they made both of us feel comfortable and supported. As a parent it can be hard leaving your child, but the team there made it so much easier because I always felt completely at ease knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. It was clear that the educators genuinely cared about the children and created a safe, nurturing environment for them. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they gave my daughter and would highly recommend the centre to other families.

As a mother of a child with cerebral palsy , I always felt insecure about sending my boy to kindergarten. (Fast forward )He has been with Guardian since 2025 and it’s been the most enjoyable experience for our whole family . He is learning independence and is given the opportunity to explore his environment closely watched supported by his teachers . Things he wouldn’t usually be able to outside of our home . All of his therapist use the facility to conduct there sessions weekly . My family are very grateful for the care and love our child is shown . We love guardian point cook west .

The most amazing childcare centre. The staff are caring and genuinely invested. They go above and beyond always. Everyone knows all the parents' and siblings' names. Amazing policies and procedures, we cannot speak highly enough of this centre. We literally cannot fault it and there were tears shed on both sides when we left to relocate on the other side of Melbourne. However, based on our amazing experience at PC West it wasn't even a question of where to send our child. We signed up to our local Guardian without hesitation. Thank you so much everyone, you are all amazing people and will be missed ♥️
