We couldn't be happier with the care and service we receive from all the staff at Harmony Everton Park. Our daughter is thriving in every aspect and we know she is in the hands of educators who genuinely care about her well-being and learning. The chef creates wonderful meals and everyone always greets you with a smile. We are so happy we chose this centre for our baby and cannot recommend them enough.

About Harmony Early Education Everton Park

The Harmony Difference

We bring a sense of calm to the years that define early childhood with a composure that is all at once confident and reassured, that can only come from knowing every detail has been carefully and consciously curated.

Beautifully composed from the inside-out, we set a tone and a standard, that says “exceptional” in every way. When all the elements work together in harmony – the environment, the people, the curriculum – it is powerful and wonderful.  It is all you could want for your child, and more.

At Harmony, everything we do, is carefully considered and intentional, taking the best from educational philosophy and evidence-based design to create studios and spaces that nurture, protect and grow.

We consistently raise the standards for early education. Our holistic approach to early learning and development is informed by contemporary inquiry-led educational and human research, and the insights of respected international early childhood theorists.

Your child is considered a confident and capable member of our learning community, we embrace the unique and understand the power of celebrating individuals. By recognising and responding to each child’s unique learning disposition and style, we ensure your child’s learning journey is bespoke, and support their ability to contribute to their own and others’ learning.

Harmony is elevating early education.

Programs

Programs

We embed physical literacy into every day at Harmony. Either via short transition sessions which happen daily, or longer dedicated movement sessions focused on building physical and other skills via engaging play-based activities.

Physically literacy is about so much more than ‘being active’ and ‘fit’. A physically literate child has the movement skills, motivation and confidence to seek out and enjoy a physically active lifestyle now and in the future.

By fostering physical competence, body awareness, and social interaction, we encourage a lifelong love of movement and promote overall health and well-being. Our holistic approach integrates cognitive, emotional, and physical growth, creating inclusive environments where children thrive through play-based learning.

My daughter has attended this centre for two years, starting when she was 2. In the beginning, the centre was absolutely wonderful — warm, nurturing educators, great communication, and a genuinely positive learning environment. We were very happy and grateful for the care she was receiving. Unfortunately, things changed significantly when management changed. Not long after, many of the long-standing educators left, and since then there has been a constant turnover of staff. We have seen new educators come and go within days, and several of them expressed similar frustrations about not being heard or supported by management, and being limited in what they were allowed to do with the children. During this time, there was also a noticeable push for staff to leave positive online reviews, which felt concerning given the internal challenges and turnover occurring at the centre. When incidents or concerns arose regarding my daughter, discussions would take place and plans were created with agreed next steps — however, I often had to follow up multiple times for these to be implemented, or they simply weren’t followed through at all. It left me feeling that my concerns were being acknowledged in conversation, but not genuinely actioned. Interactions with the relationship manager were particularly difficult. On multiple occasions — both personally and as shared by other parents — conversations felt dismissive and condescending, leaving parents feeling spoken down to rather than supported or genuinely heard. As more educators continued to leave, the quality of care and learning opportunities also declined. Activities became minimal, and the sense of connection and consistency in the rooms diminished. It felt increasingly clear that management were disconnected from what was happening day-to-day and were not providing the support needed to retain staff or maintain the quality of the program. This review is not written lightly, as we once truly valued and loved this centre. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the potential for it to be the warm and enriching environment it once was is still there — but this will require significant improvements in leadership, communication, and staff support.

I was a little sceptical at first because of some of the reviews I read, but any doubts I had quickly disappeared once we experienced how great the staff are. My son loves going to daycare, It’s been such a joy to watch my son thrive here. The staff are amazing—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Even the reception team and the manager go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They’re always informative, approachable, and keep us updated with clear communication, whether it’s in person, through the app, or via friendly emails. I love the app—it’s so reassuring to see my son’s daily schedule, the activities he’s participated in, and the photos that get uploaded throughout the day. The variety of engaging activities is fantastic, and it’s clear the educators put a lot of effort into creating a positive, nurturing environment. Sending my son here was the best decision, and I couldn’t recommend Harmony Early Education highly enough! :) A huge thank you to all the staff for everything you do, you’ve made my son feel so happy and settled, and seeing his big smile when I pick him up, means the world to me.
