Lydia, Lishan and Kelli were so welcoming and friendly when arriving at the centre. We did a few stay and plays to get comfortable and they have been so fun and kind showing us around. The educators are so kind and the space is equipped with a variety of fun learning inviting play areas.

UPDATE 13/01/2026: Our family has been with green leaves since 2023 when our oldest started at daycare. In 2025 our youngest joined the Greenleaves family. We are still absolutely amazed and forever grateful for each and everyone of the incredible staff and educators at Greenleaves. They have always gone above and beyond to support our family, and our kids love going to daycare. It’s rare to find a centre that you cannot fault, but that’s truly how we feel about Greenleaves Carindale. Thank you for everything you do, and for providing such a nurturing, caring and supportive environment for our little ones. Original review: The Greenleaves Carindale family is beyond amazing. From the front desk, kitchen and through to the all the incredible educators. Everyone at Greenleaves has gone above and to accomodate and assist our son, with ASD2, with his learning and development. We have been blown away with the kindness, love and support we receive. He runs to daycare with a smile on his face, and we receive incredible personalised updates on his progress. We hear the pure love and joy in the voices of his educators when they share with us that he has achieved a new milestone. We cannot thank the Greenleaves family enough for being so accomodating, understanding and generally amazing. Thank you for everything you do to look after our little ones.

As a partner providing Chinese cultural programs, I’ve been truly impressed by their dedication and expertise in early education. Their programs are always tailored to kids’ interests and developmental needs—walking through halls filled with children’s artwork and classrooms decorated with their creations always warm my heart. A huge shoutout to the team for nurturing creativity so thoughtfully! They’ve been amazing collaborators, always keeping open communication to align our lessons with their educational goals. This teamwork led to fun innovations like interactive tech-based activities that spark kids’ curiosity while making learning playful. What really stands out is how they connect with families. From open days to real-time updates and *Learning Journey* reports, parents stay informed and engaged—our Chinese program’s success owes a lot to this trust. Most importantly, their embrace of diverse cultures ensures every child from all backgrounds feels valued and cared for.

My daughter attends Green Leaves Carindale and has done so for a little over 12 months now. After removing her from a previous centre due to a number of issues, we were very cautious and worried placing our trust in another centre. In the past year, I can honestly say we have not been able to fault this centre. Lydia, Lishan, and the full management team are all so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble (even when dealing with a helicopter mum like me!). The educators are all incredible and take the time to establish individual bonds with the children in their care. Something small my partner and I noticed from day one that means a lot to us is that every single educator knows all the children by name - regardless of which room they are in. Educators in rooms on the opposite side of the building will walk past and greet my daughter by name and that really goes a long way to me as a parent. The kids are always doing some fun, new activity and eat far better than I do in any given day! The centre is spotless, turnover seems very low compared to other centres and I am genuinely shocked that their ACECQA rating isn’t higher. I strongly recommend anyone looking at daycare options in the area to check it out.

Wow just wow the facilities are top notch and the communication from the leadership team make drop off and pick up unbelievably easy, wonderful group of people.

Green leaves is one of my favourite Centres to visit as an extra curriculum activity. The staff are beyond lovely, polite and professional. The centre itself is always clean, well organised, and with a variety of different educational toys and outside play equipment. The Cafe area for the parents with access to a coffee, a snack and a place for a quick catch up at drop off and pick ups, is fantastic. I love how the centre staff go above and beyond for families, always providing extra activities and interactions, and truly caring for everyone who walks through their doors!

Director only cares about herself and how the public see her. Children don’t get their nappy changed and staff communicate is pathetic. Don’t come to this centre ever.
