My child has been attending Busy Bees since 2023, and he absolutely LOVES it. The centre is clean, provides exceptional care and attention to the children, and truly goes above and beyond. The resources provided are fantastic, and the centre genuinely feels like family. If I were to have more children, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. I have family members who are educators and teachers, and when they see the level of programming offered to my son, they continually tell me it is exceptional, especially in comparison to other local centres, given their experience in the sector. The team works closely with my family and supports us in meeting developmental milestones. I am incredibly grateful and have complete confidence in the care they provide.

Thanks so much Jojo for your lovely feedback, and for being part of our Busy Bees community the last few years. We’re thrilled to hear your son absolutely loves coming to the centre and that you feel supported by our team :) Creating an environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging is a priority for us, so it means a lot to hear the centre feels like family for you. We also really appreciate your comments on our programming and resources - we know our educators put a great deal of thought into planning meaningful experiences that support each child’s development and milestones. We'll pass on your lovely feedback to the Centre team as know it will make their day! Warmest, Busy Bees National Support team

We have been at Busy Bees from Nursery to Kindy and I can honestly say all the staff feel like an extension of our family. Our boy was excited to go to kindy each day as he loved his teachers as well as his friends. We have felt supported all through his journey to big school and will sorely miss everyone here. Was a great community to be a part of.

Response from the owner 11 Feb 2026

Hi Shani, and thank you for sharing such a lovely review! Congrats to your family on this new milestone with Big School - we hope your son carries his excitement of learning and going to school with him throughout life. It’s wonderful to hear how supported your family felt throughout your son’s time with Busy Bees and we'll be sure to share your kind words with Busy Bees at Coorparoo as we know they'll appreciate it. Warmest, Busy Bees National Support team

Firstly. Let's get one thing straight. Most of these reviews are from people who have never stepped foot in busybees Coorparoo. Don't get me wrong. The automated replies from head office are not great and I think people deserve better replies. My child has been at this centre for over 3 years. As a parent, I was there throughout this whole situation that people are leaving reviews about. Yes, it was a terrible thing that happened and a really sad situation. The child was loved by staff, but unfortunately was quite the Houdini who actually escaped and then ultimately passed under his mother's care, let alone staff who had to look after a lot more children at once due to Queensland ratio regulations. All staff directly involved in this incident are no longer employed by busybees and most of the staff there now have no idea about anything that occurred that sad, sad day. The staff and management who are there now are amazing. And everyone calling for the centre to "be shut down" etc are targeting completely innocent peoples livelihoods and jobs, who again, were not working there in 2023 and are trying to make a living and look after the lovely children who currently attend. They have all had professional development for something they were not even there for. The centre has been through robust changes, security tightened, cameras installed, everything. The care my child has received is absolutely outstanding. My child has grown in confidence and has absolutely been nurtured and cared for, loved and beautifully educated for their whole time there so far and I have complete faith that their last year there will be just as lovely. The staff at busybees are hardworking, passionate and lovely and I can't thank each and every one of them who have still pushed through and work so hard even with the vitriol that has been thrown around on Google and social media. The staff are attentive, kind, patient, caring and do their utmost to make sure every child in their care are loved, taught, safe and happy. Please think about all this before you decide to turn away from this centre. Everywhere you look will have good reviews and bad reviews, you never know what centre is the best fit for your child until you're there. I promise you, if you came for a tour, you would see how warm, happy and fun this centre is. I would happily send any of my future children there. The staff make me feel so glad my child goes there. And I'd never change my choice. Families that have been there long enough, or even new families enrolled and sending siblings there know how lovely this centre is. Just do yourself a favour and see for yourself. If not, fine. I can't change your mind. I can't also change the minds of trolls who have no clue whatsoever about this centre. Shame on you for targeting innocent people. Thank you to the staff who are there right now, loving, educating and caring for my child and all of the other children in the centre. Families who are there now know and appreciate every single one of the staff currently working there Peace out.
