Absolutely amazing. The food was next level, everything came out fresh, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish, and it really shows. What made it even better was the staff. Super friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being over the top. They made sure everything was spot on and created a really relaxed. Hands down one of the best dining, experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend I’ll definitely be coming back! (Best homemade hot cross buns in Brisbane!!)

Plais is such a great centre. Our little one has been going there for 4 months and she absolutely loves it. When she arrives she starts smiling and displays happy body cues showing she feels comfortable and safe in the environment. It is a beautiful centre with Montessori style/open ended toys and lots of sensory activities which baby loves. Also have a great little cafe connected to the centre to grab coffee from in the morning, which saves time for busy parents on their way to work 💕

Made every moment of my son's start to Kindy so easy and full of care! Everyone including the beautiful cafe (Thank you Miss Terry and Miss Paula), admin (Thank you Miss Issie and Miss Amy) and all the educators (Thank you Miss Jennie and Miss Hollie) have supported both my husband and I and our child! The centre facilities are new, structured and simple!

Our family absolutely loves Plais Early Learning on Old Cleveland Road. We currently have three children enrolled there, and from the very beginning they have made us feel incredibly welcome and supported. As parents who had never enrolled a child in daycare before, we were naturally nervous, but the team at Plais made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. The communication from the centre is excellent. We are always kept informed about how our children are doing and any changes that may be happening. We truly feel heard and understood as parents, which means a lot. Most importantly, our children are thriving. They genuinely enjoy going each day and it is clear that the not just educators care deeply about them but all the staff from the chef to the director. Every staff member we have encountered has been friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the children. Knowing that our kids are in such a caring and supportive environment gives us enormous peace of mind. We never have to worry about whether they are okay while they’re there. We feel truly valued as a family and are so grateful to have found such a wonderful centre. We couldn’t recommend Plais highly enough.

Beautiful centre, but extremely poor administration. We were given clear information in writing at enrolment, including fees and what was included, which was later changed. There was no proactive communication about these changes, and our attempts to clarify were delayed.The inconsistencies and lack of transparency left us with no confidence moving forward and resulted in us withdrawing our son, leaving him without a kindy place. Very stressful experience. Despite the lovely facilities, I would not recommend this centre.

High turn over of staff. Unfortunately no amount of concierge gimmicks make up for a lack of consistency when it comes to relationships between children and caregivers.

We absolutely love Isla and Ollie’s new daycare! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed and supported. The educators are kind, patient and genuinely care about every child — they’ve made the transition so easy for both of ours. The program is fantastic — every day they come home talking about new things they’ve learned, new songs, and all the creative play they’ve done. The food is a huge win too — healthy, fresh, and something even our fussy eater looks forward to! We also love how family-friendly the centre is — things like “date night” are such a thoughtful touch for parents. It really shows how much the team values both the children and the families. We couldn’t be happier — it’s such a relief knowing Isla and Ollie are in such great hands each day. 💛
