Dear Parisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. In the case of the specific concerns which you have raised, we confirm that we have taken action. We have followed our procedures, we investigated the matter, and it was reported to the regulator (the Department of Education). Upon completion of the investigation the Department determined that the allegations made in relation to the specific educator to which you refer were unsubstantiated, and the investigation was closed. Upon your re-raising these concerns, we have again reported those concerns to the Department. We confirm we have also communicated these actions to you privately.
