Very happy with Storyhouse - Alexandria. I have a 3y.o who has been there since 11months, and a 7month baby about to start. Mandy, Shaheen and the crew run a safe, closely supervised program that puts my nerves at ease. The breadth of activities, food, and facilities are top rate. The staff recognise and adapt to each child’s unique personality and learning style, while conflicts between children seem to be managed respectfully and effectively.

Our 5-year-old son has been attending Story House for over 2 year now, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The educators are warm, caring, and truly take the time to get to know each child’s personality and needs. We’ve seen tremendous growth in his confidence, language skills, and curiosity about the world. He comes home every day excited to share what he learned.

This childcare is a great example of what to expect, excellence and care at every step. As a parent, I am every part satisfied at the level of care and the level of commitment from the educators and the staff. Mandy & the staff are always caring even for the little things. I could not recommend this place enough for my children and others.

The outdoor space is another standout feature — spacious, well-designed, and equipped with modern, age-appropriate play equipment that encourages both physical activity and imaginative play. Best child care ever - the educators are the most kind people. They care so much for the children, the education is great. We never had any issues and have been using their services for over 2 years now. Would highly recommend!

I have been to many childcare providers in the area (with 3 different children) and Storyhouse has been by far the best. Their educators are always so adoring to my children and it truly feels like they care just as much as me for their wellbeing. The centre is also managed very well and I always feel like they are accommodating to me and my family. I travel past 4 other childcare centres to come to this one that I trust.

Story House in Alexandria is a fantastic facility. Our daughter has been there for almost 2 years and absolutely loves it there. Amazing facility!
