The CEO, Mihiri Fernando and head caretaker has structured the company in such a way that parents and guardians are not afraid of leaving their children under her care. There’s no doubt that M&N Daycare has the expertise and experience needed for appropriate child care. One such example, is how my brother reached out to M&N Daycare for his special needs son. Mihiri jumped at the opportunity and ensured that his son would be well taken care of. To this day, M&N Daycare has gone above and beyond with providing the necessary services for my nephew. Mihiri and the team are absolutely wonderful - kind, patient, and caring. My child absolutely loves going to their place. The activities they plan are fantastic, and my child is always learning new things while having fun. I really appreciate how they take the time to individualize care for each child and provide updates on their progress. Their home is clean, safe, and welcoming, and I feel completely comfortable leaving my child in their care.
