We have been at Goodstart Narellan Vale for the past 4 years and I highly recommend them to everyone. I am an ex childcare worker myself and when looking for places for my son 4 years ago, Goodstart was the one centre I felt most comfortable sending my child to. The staff at the centre, from Sophie the director, the key educators in my children’s room to casual staff are all so welcoming and attentive. They know each child by name and the care they provide for them is outstanding. They are constantly going above and beyond to ensure children are safe, happy and engaged. They have all been consistent and familiar faces over the last 4 years as most educators have been at the centre for 5-25 years with no high turnover of staff like most other childcare centres which I think speaks for itself showing what a great centre this is. I am so grateful for the way they have supported both my children over the years with my son now going off to big school. Thankfully my daughter still has a few more years for us to remain in the centre. It will be sad to leave this amazing place in the future.

From the start Goodstart Narellan have been welcoming and accommodating! We were stuffed around at another centre and Goodstart were able to assist even though that meant split between 2 centres , and eventually we were able to make the transition to their centre ! My child has absolutely thrived here and has made solid connections with staff and other children within the centre. My 2nd child has just started and I look forward to seeing both my kids grow this next year. The staff across all rooms are friendly and always greet my child by name and with a smile. Many of which have 5, 10,15+ years service within the center.

My son attended for a couple of years before starting school. They were very accomodating for his extra energy he had and took very good care of him. Staff were excellent. Food always smelled delicious.

Goodstart early learning Narellan Vale was once called "CubsKindy" that was back in 1999! The same block that I went to when I was 6 months old to 4 years old is still standing and did you know some of the educators are still there to this day! Shocked! My very own educator who had me from a baby to when I was ready for big school is still there now in my son's room! I love every single educator in Narellan Vale! They are always caring, understanding of any situation! And they really are your children's godmothers at heart! I've never heard a bad word about this centre. You always go for the smaller centres because you know for a fact your child will get monitored more so then bigger ones. If anyone is looking for a daycare centre to take their child and be 100% with leaving them with safe people! My 4 year old and 2 years old still go to this daycare and I will forever suggest it to other families in the area :)

I enrolled my son here and he absolutely loves it. I have peace of mind seeing photos of him playing throughout the day with their storybook app.We have been made to feel welcome by all the staff and they have made a genuine effort to get to know my son. Very happy with my experience here so far and I would highly recommend..

I’ve had all three of my children attend Goodstart in Narellan since 2015, and I can honestly say they have been nothing short of amazing. The educators are caring, patient, and truly invested in each child and their happiness. My kids have always been excited to go, and it’s such a great feeling knowing they’re in a safe and supportive environment. The communication is fantastic, the activities are engaging, and the consistency in quality over the years has been incredible. It really feels like a second home for our family. I’m going to be really sad to leave when my youngest is school ready in 2027. Thank you to the whole team—you’ve played such a big part in my children’s early years, and we are so grateful. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Goodstart Early Learning Narellan Vale! The Centre is welcoming and homely, and the staff are professional, genuine and friendly. The communication I received when my child first started was above and beyond my expectations and they have continued to be communicative regarding my child’s progress at the centre. A lot of the staff have been there for 10-20 years and there is low staff turnover, meaning my child is building secure relationships with her educators and is being met with the same smiling face everyday!

We were deeply dissatisfied with the standard of care at this childcare. While some staff may have had good intentions, our overall experience raised serious concerns about safety, communication, and the wellbeing of the children. Our child experienced an incident that was never properly followed up by the centre, which is unacceptable when it comes to safeguarding children. For this reason, we made the decision to remove our child from the centre. I would strongly encourage other parents to carefully consider their options before enrolling here.

We’d always heard good things about Goodstart and the decision to send our daughter here has been reinforced time and time again! The love and care she receives from her educators every single day is beyond what we could have expected, and to see her smiling and having fun in the photos we receive is testament to how well looked after she is. I know I can drop her off in the morning and have full confidence she will be safe, nurtured and given so many opportunities to thrive. The environment is amazing and the educators in the nursery are truly special. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
