A great centre where our children have loved to go, the kindy graduation was so amazing with our oldest so sad to leave. The new management team have made some great changes making the centre feel like home. Highly recommend this centre. Lots of extra curricular this year has made the days super exciting for our daughter.

This is our second child we’ve enrolled at avenues camp hill. Our first daughter attended in 2018 when it first opened, and now 6 years later our 2nd child is there and everything has been smooth and still a high standard like it was when freshly opened. With massive outdoor play areas and great educators, it’s been a great experience again second time round

Our son has been attending Avenues Childcare Centre in Camp Hill for quite some time now, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the care and environment they provide. One of the things we have especially appreciated is the diversity within the teaching team, including having a male educator. Seeing such positive male role modelling in early childhood education has meant so much to us. The engagement and energy he brings is incredible — from gardening and building projects to hands-on, practical activities that keep the kids busy, learning and thriving. Our son absolutely loved being involved in these “busy boy” activities that really captured his interests and strengths. The parent community is also lovely. We’ve met such kind, genuine families, and our son has made beautiful friendships along the way. Now that he’s in preschool, we really appreciate how the centre balances play-based learning with more structured activities to prepare the children for school. The transition feels natural and supportive — still full of movement and creativity, but with gentle introduction to routines, early literacy and numeracy. It’s been wonderful to see him becoming more independent and school-ready. As a South African family, cultural diversity was very important to us. Avenues truly embraces this. There are educators who speak his language, which has helped him feel understood and at home from the beginning. That sense of belonging is something we value deeply. We feel very grateful to be part of the Avenues community and highly recommend Avenues Childcare Centre Camp Hill to any family looking for a nurturing, diverse and engaging environment for their children. — Evette

A beautiful centre. There have been changes in the centre since the change in leadership team which seem to be taking the centre in a great direction. It’s obvious that the children are cared for a lot. And the additional programs they offer to our children from the nursery right through to kindergarten are fantastic.

This childcare centre truly feels like a second home. The staff go above and beyond to make every child feel safe, loved, supported . A special mention to the centre manager as well, who is incredibly supportive, approachable, and professional. You can really see the positive culture they’ve built, and it reflects in the happiness of the children and staff. We feel so grateful to be part of such a wonderful childcare community.
