My review is based purely on customer service. I enrolled my daughter via the online form as requested towards the end of 2023. I rang to follow up twice and left a message and asked for my call to be returned even if there was no place available for the two days I required. As a client it is extremely disrespectful and rude to not have my call returned when I had specifically asked. Very disappointed in the lack of service I received. I hope the communication and customer service improves in the future.

My son started at Timbertots in August 2018, coming from a daycare centre that can only really be described as child minding. He has come along in leaps and bounds. He doesn't start school until January 2020, and is already reading long books independently. The education he has received at Timbertots is second to none and I only hope his school can build on what is already such a solid foundation. Beyond that though, the care he has received has been exceptional. The teachers have made him feel loved and confident and our formerly shy little boy is now so much more out of his shell. You won't find a better start to your child's early education and care than Timbertots. It is outstanding.

The cleanest and most beautifully designed childcare centre I have ever seen with incredible views to the park, beautiful landscaped gardens and large community vegetable garden (owned by the centre). Even the toys are great quality and you see many wooden toys unlike other centres I've been to. The staff are positive, caring and proud of their centre and it is an evidently relaxing place for the children.

I firstly have to say the educators are absolutely brilliant and the facilities are first class with the children provided a great array of opportunities to thrive, which is why it makes it even harder to write this review. My son, who is a cusp baby, was denied a position in the kindy class again for 2018. We were told in September that it was unlikely he would get a spot and only told now, in October, that he would not have a spot. All children, not just my son, were denied delayed entry position into the kindy program for 2018. Any parent who has a cusp baby would feel the same angst as my family did as this issue will not be the last time something like this occurs at this centre. All continuity will be lost, which was one of the main benefits for us to keep our son back from starting school.

My child and I can not speak more highly of Timber Tots child care. Both the staff and the facilities are above and beyond any child care we have experienced. The facilities are amazing! There is a library, garden where the children grow vegetables and multiple playgrounds just to name a few. The staff are caring, helpful and go beyond what is required to make the children and parents feel part of the Timber Tots community. There is also fantastic communication with the families so I always know what fun has been happening during the days my son is there. My son loves going there so much that every time we drive to go home or even drive past he says 'I love my Timber Tots!'

Nurturing environment  with dedicated owners and  staff/ teachers and not to mention well designed centre and balanced activities to nourish  those fragile  growing  curious  little  brains.

We couldn't be happier with our move to Timber Tots. The owners and staff are outstanding. The teachers really care about each of the kids and their wellbeing. The facilities are amazing - especially love the garden :)

Couldn't rate TimberTots more highly. I have 2 boys there (3.5 & 1.5) & they both love it. The facilities are amazing, with lunches made onsite ensuring healthy eating. The garden is a great way for the kids to learn where the food comes from, as well as all the animals they are learning about and playing with. The educators are very caring towards the children, and both my boys love seeing them each day they attend. It is by far the best childcare centre I have been involved in.
