Being Early Education Busby

Our story begins in 1998 with a labour of love by a mother who wanted more than just average childcare for her young children. Coming from a family of teachers (and being a teacher herself), she set out to create an early learning environment that would empower her children by opening a beautiful preschool.

Our philosophy,  The Powerful Human sees every human as being whole, perfect and complete. It recognises the schema we create through the interplay of nature and nurture, and the cognitive limits that we place on ourselves that limit what’s possible.

About the Centre

At Being Busby Childcare Centre, we focus on providing your child with quality care and interactive education programs, to develop each child’s confidence and love of learning. We employ a team of exceptionally qualified early learning educators who take an active role in your child’s learning, developing activities that draw on their specific interests and goals.

You will see visible growth in their children's independence and confidence after spending time at Being Busby. Centre Highlights and Inclusions:

• Daily Update - You will receive daily updates and pictures of your child's adventures at the service as they happen straight to your mobile device through StoryPark. In addition, Xplor will  keep you updated on your child’s daily routines from nappy changes to sleep time and more.
• Healthy Harold - Alongside the holistic health of your child, we incorporate the Healthy Harold program twice a year.
• Excursions & Community Engagement - By working with local schools and community centres, we are up-to-date on community activities and co-ordinate excursions and learning activities to align.
• Nappies & Formula - We provide all the essentials for your child’s day-to-day, including nappies, formula, cot linen and sunscreen.
• Inclusion Support Programs - By working alongside KU, we provide an inclusive environment that meets the needs of children with a range of additional needs.
• Physical Fitness - We work with Playball and Munch and Move, to engage your child in physical education that inspires and motivates.
• Vision Screening, Dentist and Allied Health - Yearly eyesight testing for every child 4 years and older. Yearly clean, scale and fluoride under Medicare benefits scheme. Our service also supports access to other allied health services.
• Warm, nutritious halal meals prepared onsite -  Healthy, seasonal menu cooked by our onsite cook. Our menus are developed in consultation with nutritionists and Munch & Move. All our meals are halal.
• Mission Australia - Working with Miller Pathways, we promote Literacy outcomes for children through music, drama and stories.
