We recently moved our two kids to this centre from another local centre. I cannot speak more highly of Kids Paradise. At first I was anxious as to whether I was making the right decision for my kids, but seeing the positive change in their behaviour has reaffirmed we made the right choice. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always more than ready to help out or have a chat. Communication is impeccable, everyone at the centre seems to know our family and our kids' names, allergies or something about them after such a short period of time with the centre. It really does feel like we are a part of a warm and caring community. The food our kids are served is nutritious, the entire environment seems a lot calmer and less chaotic than other centres we have visited, and our kids are settling in so well. Overall, it's a small, family run centre which provides a happy, positive and caring environment and the perfect fit for our family.

The staff I've experienced in the babies room are all so beautiful and kind. Every time I arrive to collect my child she is being actively attended to in the form of a cuddle and story or played alongside in the sandpit. Definitely worth a visit if you're considering this centre. Their communication is prompt and you get to know the team very quickly. I was also given great help when trying to navigate the trials of CCS!

I had my son here for a number of years. Sadly the service lost all its amazing carers and the place is barely staying afloat without them. We have withdrawn from the service after a number of issues with staff. This centre has told me they couldn’t have my son three days in a fortnight causing me to lose my new job. The reason was the carers were all crying and fighting amongst themselves over how to manage the children. Sounds like a staffing issue to me, but let’s blame the children. Bit of a joke, new centre is much better and my son is really happy now. Investigate and go to all the local centres before you line the pockets of these awful woman!!

I went here as a kiddy, and I loved it i remember finger painting bees I miss this place its sad they replaced all the plastic play equipment everytime i drive by i get sad

Lovely friendly staff, my son has loved the Center and why it has to offer. I’m a shift worker and so I’m my partner they have been so accomodateing in our work arrangements.

The facilities are great, the staff are amazing. Our daughter loves going here. Never have any problems. The long hours suit me perfectly. Keep up the great work.

The power of Media. People reviewing a place their children never attended. How can you judge if you don't even know if what you are watching is the truth. Media can manipulate the situation towards one side they think will provide the most entertainment. Also for the impulsive reviewers , you got the wrong centre. The centre in the media is on long st.
