I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Isla’s incredible childcare manager and the entire team. From the very beginning, we have felt such a strong sense of warmth, care and genuine love within the centre. Leaving your child in someone else’s care is never easy, but knowing Isla is surrounded by educators who truly see her, understand her and nurture her has meant more to our family than words can say. The leadership shown by the manager Rachel flows through the whole team. It is so rare to find so many talented educators- Mel, Lisa, Mimi and even your beautiful cook (I feel horrible as I can’t recall her name) . There is such a beautiful culture of kindness, patience and professionalism. The educators don’t just “do their job” — they build relationships, create safe spaces, and make every child feel valued and important. That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident; it reflects strong, compassionate leadership. Every one is so welcoming on drop of and pick up. Which helps set your day to feel warm and happy. Isla has grown in confidence, independence and joy since being part of this centre. Smiles with excitement when we talk about her day. I can see she feels secure in her surroundings, which is the greatest reassurance any parent could ask for. Thank you for the care, the communication, the reassurance on hard days, and the celebrations on the good ones. You are shaping little hearts and minds in ways that truly matters, and we are so grateful that Isla gets to be part of your community. My daughter had her first day at childcare today and I can not recommend this team of educators enough! To see my girl smile, laugh and even first time sleeping in a cot!! Made my mumma heart so happy and feel less anxious and guilty for returning back to work! I can not thank the amazing educators she is so lucky to have enough! Any new mumma out there if you're unsure anxious about your little one starting care stop by and meet the team who will ease all your concerns ❤️

My daughter joined the Clever Kids Family in 2021, and the team has been nothing short of amazing. The support we receive from all the educators is outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier that she’s part of such a nurturing environment. I’m very disappointed with the management at this childcare centre. They do not seem to value parents’ hard-earned money or communicate clearly. The centre policy requires 14 days’ prior notice before leaving. I gave the required notice both in person and through the official form with documentation, but they still deducted payment for one extra day, even though my child did not attend on that day. When we followed up, the staff gave contradictory explanations — first saying we didn’t give 15 days’ notice (even though their policy is 14 days), then saying the last day’s fee was “waived,” but the amount was still deducted. They also claimed the deduction came from Centrelink, even though we’re on a work visa and pay the full childcare fees ourselves without any government assistance. My wife was called multiple times this week, and the inconsistent communication has caused us a lot of stress. We have all the documents and proof of notice and payment. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unfair. I will not recommend this childcare centre to anyone due to the poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling of fees.

not sure why there is no 0 star rating option because I seriously wanted to give 0 rating to the management because for them their false policies are more important than the child. In the name of policies, they are making fool of us. I would not suggest anyone.

Clever Kids, is absolutely amazing! We're been taking our kid there since they were 10 months old and they are now in the kindergarten room. The staff are great, and very accommodating to kids ever changing and evolving needs.

My child has recently started at Clever Kids and everyone there has been so welcoming and caring! I feel very comforted knowing my child is in safe hands with people who really care!
