My son is now 5 and has been attending Story House Bligh Park since he was 9 months (when it was kiddiwinks), today was his last day at daycare, so this review is actually bittersweet for me. I would like to remind new parents that while it hurts our hearts to hear about our children's first and few bumps and bruises, it's the way the teachers respond, help and fix the issue which shows how good a daycare is. It's the cleanliness, the care, the rapport, as well as the smiles, the fun stories and the education that the educators have provided my son that made us stay for so long and give the amazing educators this 5 star review (because there wasn't an option for 6). They brought in stick insects, ducklings, a fire truck and the parties were so well thought out. My son wants to give a special shout out to Miss, Kristine, Miss Emma, Miss Keely, Miss Lisa, Miss Carissa, Miss Gemma, Miss Rani, Miss Steph, Helmer, Maninder, Taylor, Teagan and finally CHEF !!! For thinking of fun meals for the kids to eat. I would like to give a special shout-out to Miss Kristine, she is always sitting with the kids, colouring, teaching, thinking of fun ways to learn by finding out what their current interests are, and going above and beyond to work on some type of developmental skill. It's truly inspiring watching her patience and kindness, and how good she is with them, thank you so much for making Jordan feel like the only child in the room, and yet you made all the kids feel that way. Jordan's thoughts: "They did good for me" and favourite thing about daycare, water play and crazy hair day 😆 Thank you to all the educators not mentioned too! 🌞

We couldn’t be happier with Story House Early Learning Bligh Park! From the moment we enrolled our son, the team has been warm, professional and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Carissa and Kristine, who have been incredible educators — they are kind, patient and truly invested in our son’s learning and wellbeing. The center is always clean and welcoming, with engaging activities, great outdoor play spaces and healthy meals provided daily. Communication with families is excellent and really helps us feel connected to our child’s development. Our son comes home happy and excited to share what he’s learned each day, which says it all. Highly recommend this wonderful early learning center!
