I would absolutely give 5 stars. My little boy previously attended another childcare centre, and unfortunately, the experience was very difficult and resulted in him being in hospital for weeks. We feel incredibly lucky to have found Story House. Since starting here, he has settled in so smoothly with the educators, which has taken a huge amount of stress off our family. It’s been wonderful to see him growing every day, meeting all his milestones and thriving. A big thank you to all the staff for the love, care, and support they have given our son. We truly appreciate everything you do—I can’t thank you enough.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with SHEL Mascot. One thing that really stands out is the quality of the food — it’s always fresh, nutritious, and thoughtfully prepared. It gives us peace of mind knowing our son is eating well every day. Most importantly, our son feels safe and comfortable with the educators. They are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the children, which makes a big difference. He enjoys going each day and has built great connections with the team. We truly appreciate the supportive and nurturing environment. Thank you to all the educators for the care you provide.

We are so happy with the care storyhouse Mascot have given our daughter since she moved to this centre. She is excited to go in the mornings and always comes home smiling. We particularly love the many themes and world events which are celebrated and the app updates about her day. Everything runs like a dream, excellent care and attention to detail by all the team, thankyou!!

I believe it's the right place for my little one. It's hard for kids to settle in a brand new environment without parents, especially during terrible two period. Educators at SHEL Mascot put lots of efforts to help each family. I have recommended SHEL Mascot to my friends. It's really a good centre with good educators. Lots of activities are designed for kids. Chef Norma prepares yum food every day. I can see the attachment between educators and kids. If possible, we hope to add more days in the future.

I'm very happy that my daughter can start her childhood life in the story house. My daughter is very happy here. Every morning when she arrives at the elevator door, she runs all the way. Every educator here takes good care of the children. When my daughter needs to train the toilet, they will tell me anything about my daughter in the kindergarten. For my daughter, they will also tell me about any changes and progress every month through the app. My daughter likes the food in this kindergarten very much and is very grateful to Noma. Every time I pick her up, I will ask her if she is happy in the kindergarten today. Her answers are all happy. There are many activities in this kindergarten, and my daughter has also learned a lot of different things. I'm glad that she can spend her childhood here. Thanks to everyone here for taking care of every child.

We are very happy with Story House and the amazing team of educators. The teachers are professional, attentive and truly dedicated to the children. They are always patient and supportive, and it’s clear they put a lot of thought into the daily activities and learning experiences. One thing we really appreciate is how responsive the staff are to parents. Whenever we raise questions or concerns, they respond promptly and always try their best to resolve any issues. That level of communication and transparency makes a big difference for families. Our kid really enjoys going to daycare and often comes home talking about the activities she did with her teachers and friends. We’ve also noticed positive changes in her confidence, communication and independence since she started here. The center has a warm and welcoming environment, and it’s clear that the staff work hard to create a safe and supportive space for the children to learn and grow. We truly appreciate all the care and dedication from the team. Highly recommend to other families!!

Excellent Daycare, couldn’t recommend highly enough. The staff are excellent, communication is excellent and most importantly, our daughter loves it.

My son is always so happy when we pick him up, and he talks about his teachers all the time. They are the kindest, warmest group of people, and they really love these kids. It feels like leaving him with family. We never worry when he’s here. Thank you for taking such sweet care of him!
