Wonderful Christmas party! The kids loved the face painting and Santa Claus. Huge appreciation to the staff for their amazing effort—the arrangements and decorations were fantastic. A memorable experience for both kids and parents!

If your looking for the best childcare centre point cook east it is in such a short amount of time my son has been there he has done a 360 has learnt so much educational wise his development in socially and behaviour has been an amazing improvement I can’t thank enough Point cook east teachers management are amazing the care and time they put into each child is more than you can ask for there daily curriculum is outstanding a very good variety of all different learning needs including excursions they are all very welcoming and take the time to get to know each family and help and support in any way you need making it a safe and family environment let me tell you about the Christmas party for the kids and families one of the best school Christmas parties ever all the stalls all the activities tables for all the kids and adults food trucks and the school play was absolutely amazing so much time and care went it to an amazing night and to top it off what a perfect Santa the time he took to give out presents and to have photos with all families was memorable many many thank you one of the best centre Christmas parties my son has been too Point cook east truly cares about the children and families couldn’t ask for a better centre well ahead of all the other centres thank you again I would not look anywhere else point cook east is the best you will find by far ❤️

I’ve had a mixed experience with this child care center. The carers themselves are warm, patient, and genuinely dedicated to the children—my child was always comfortable and happy with them. However, the management feels quite irresponsible at times. Communication is often unclear or mistaken from the account department, and important issues aren’t always handled with the level of professionalism you’d expect. On top of that, the center is very expensive for the quality of service provided. The carers are great, but the overall experience doesn’t justify the high fees. If management improved its reliability and communication, it would make a big difference.

My child has been attending this childcare since she was 11 months old, and from day one, the educators have been incredible. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care have made her feel happy and secure every day. She absolutely loves going to childcare and always comes home full of stories and excitement.

An outstanding daycare center! Every staff member—from the administration to the educators—is genuinely dedicated to creating a comfortable and stimulating environment for the children. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms are spotless, and the variety of educational toys is impressive. I particularly appreciate the regular, detailed updates from the staff about my child’s daily activities, progress, and achievements, which keeps me involved and reassured. The transition period was handled with great care and attention, making the adaptation process much smoother for both my child and me. Knowing that my child is not only safe but also happy and thriving in such a supportive environment brings immense peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend this daycare to all parents!

We love our kindergarten very much. Attentive attitude towards the child, good staff that teaches the child a lot.

We went for a tour recently and unfortunately I witnessed an educator force-feeding puréed food to a hysterically screaming/ crying baby in the nursery…sorry but that’s cruel and a choking hazard as he could have breathed in food during all that crying. That poor baby clearly wasn’t in a state to eat and the educator looked annoyed and didn’t console the baby. That’s when we decided we would never put our baby in that nursery.

My children have attended since 1 year old, can I just compliment the educators and management on the amazing job they do and the sense of community this centre has. Miriam and Danielle are a credit to the centre and I'm sad it's my youngests last year but I would not hesitate in recommending this centre to anyone in the area.
