My daughter and son are thriving at the centre, building beautiful relationships and the communication has been great

We have been at this centre for over 2 years, initially known as Folkestone before transitioning to Journey. Majority of the staff have been the same since my boy started as a baby, so we have been able to form some really wonderful and meaningful relationships with the educators. My boy is so attached to the team and tells me regularly how safe they make him feel. He absolutely thrives at Journey and we are so happy with the love and care he receives while he is there. The peace of mind we have in knowing, without a doubt, that our child is safe, happy and well taken care of is so reassuring.

I recently enrolled my daughter, and I was initially very worried as she was so comfortable in her previous childcare. But I am so relieved and happy to see how far she has come in just one month! Her educators Megan, Jean, and Mary each have such a unique and special bond with her. I remember Megan telling her how much she misses her when she’s not in the room, and my daughter running into her arms for comfort. Jean lovingly calls her “my girl,” which makes her feel so special. Mary always comforts her by picking her up, and my daughter absolutely loves that. The warmth, care, and genuine affection from her educators have helped her settle so beautifully. She trusts them, and I am so proud to see her thriving here. Thank you for making this transition so smooth for both of us

Journey Early Learning has been fantastic for both of my children. The communication I receive through their Storypark app is invaluable, it keeps me informed about my children’s schedule, so I never have to worry. The staff are incredibly loving and attentive, and the Centre Manager, Jacquelyn, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our children's needs are always met. My children really enjoy going to daycare here, which is such a relief as a parent. Thank you Journey Early Learning ☺️

My child made the transfer to this centre in July from another service and has absolutely loved it. She’s so happy attending care now each day and has formed amazing connections with her educators. I drop her off and I know that she is well cared for, and in the evening’s she tells me all about her adventures. I love the Storypark platform that the centre uses to share about my child’s day, it shows food, nappy changes, sleep and sunscreen, plus any communication or events from the service.

I am delighted with the transition my children have experienced at Journey, formerly Folkstone. Having previously attended another centre in Point Cook, we were concerned about the potential disruption. However, the team's exceptional hospitality and adaptability have made the transition seamless. Our children thrive in their new environment, and we appreciate the ongoing support.

Journey Werribee has been the best childcare for our now 2yo who started when she was only 12 months old. All the educators go above and beyond for the children there; accommodating to their needs and families requests. The centre manager Jackie provides exceptional service to her families keeping us up to date with key information, upcoming events, new changes and any other relevant information we need to be aware of. The team at journey communicate openly to us on a day to day basis and give nothing but care, love and true dedication to each individual child. Absolutely love the new communication system they use with storypark & cannot rave enough about my daughters team of educators in her room this year! She has come leaps and bounds this year.
