When i first enrolled as a student in this centre i was very confused and overwhelmed with lots of questions asking myself, "How will i learn and finish my professional experiance that too in time?", as i was running in the last trimister, 36th week of my pregnancy. Upon started working, learning and building relationships with the team i actually got very impressed with the leadership quality at this childcare centre. All credit goes to the Centre Director- Naima Guevarra who actually knows the art of consistently creating an environment where not only children, i as a Student felt safe, supported and excited that boosted plenty of my confidence to finish the placement in time. She was not only being a perfect centre director but also, an educational director where a student can learn most enhanced teaching skills and implement their teaching pedagogies in the centre and gain a high quality experiance offered each day.<br>What truly stands out is their ability to balance profesaionalism as a team with genuine compassion. I found they communicate clearly, listens openly and make us feel valued which i felt is a proactive approach towards every individuals safety and wellbeing.<br>Therefore, i strongly believe that the Centre Director like this sets the tone for the entire service. I can see their influence in the happy children, confident student placements, and staff where all felt trusted and safe.<br>I highly recommend this centre to anyone looking ahead either in student placement, child enrollment or employment.

My 2 kids have been at Gumboots for about a year and a half now and we absolutely love it. A few of the educators and the director Naima were at my son’s last centre and we loved them so much that we followed them to Gumboots. As our kids have grown moved throughout the rooms we have been able to experience most- if not all the teachers at the centre and I couldn’t be more happy with the care they all provide. The admin staff- Liz, Naima and Montana are all beyond fantastic, accommodating and simply beautiful people. I couldn’t recommend Gumboots enough and will continue to send my kids there until they go to school.

I had a very positive placement experience at Gumboots Early Learning Werribee. I felt genuinely welcomed by the team, and the educators were supportive throughout my placement. I gained confidence working with young children, planning learning experiences and responding to their individual needs. Naima was especially kind, encouraging and helpful, which made my placement experience even more positive. I am very grateful for the opportunity to complete my placement at Gumboots and would highly recommend the centre.

The team at Gumboots Werribee are amazing! Starting from Naima and Montana at the front desk going above and beyond to assist with questions and concerns to the education staff - Tupou the room leader in the babies room is so creative and allows children to participate in activities despite age. (To my surprise when I moved daycares when my son was around 6mo and previous daycare didn’t do any activity with him because he was “little”). It has given me so much relief being a single working mum to a baby that has multiple allergies to know my baby is in the hands of educators that truely care and love on my baby the way I would if I was able to be a SAHM.

After many clients of mine highly recommending Gumboots I decided to take a tour. From the moment I walked in & was greeted by the warm, caring educators I knew I had made the right decision for my family. The staff go above & beyond for your children & support you (parents) every step of the way to ensure your family settles in nicely. I have met some wonderful educators who I trust & feel comfortable talking with. My children come home happy & tell me about their wonderful experiences throughout the day with lots of excitement. They take the time to share details about their day, what they have been learning, and any special moments they have enjoyed.<br>I love how willing the team is to go above and beyond for the children and their families. Their genuine care and dedication create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and encouraged to grow.<br>It’s wonderful to see how excited my granddaughter is to tell me about her day and the friendships and experiences she’s having. We moved to this kinder about a year ago from another centre, and it’s honestly the best decision we’ve made. From the moment we walked in, we’ve felt like a real family rather than just another number. My daughter is so happy, comfortable, and genuinely excited to be there. Every educator greets us as soon as we walk through the door, even those who aren’t directly in her room which really shows how much they care. All of the staff are amazing, but Chi has become such a special, safe person for my daughter. She runs straight to her every time she sees her, which says everything. As a parent, there’s nothing better than knowing your child feels safe, supported, and truly loved. We’re so grateful to have found this kinder 🤍
