My daughter is in navigator room at Little Zak’s Academy at their Austral centre . The educators are really good . I can see lot of changes in my daughter. She has been more happier after she has joined the centre . Singing songs & dancing . Her room leader Ms. Karen has brought so much of energy and her passion working with children . Everyday she engages them with new activities which is really helpful for the children’s development . Even in the rainy day she keeps them engaged in the classroom with fun activities that’s so appreciable. We love and honour her passion for our children . Me and my husband very thankful to all the educators esp who has taken care of her to name Ms. Chadani , Ms . Arati, Ms. Uma , Ms. Elizabeth , Ms. Berry , Ms. Elisabba & Ms . Grace . We are very glad that we made the right decision to join Little Zak’s family for our daughter’s early childhood period .

Our family are so grateful for Courtney and her team at Little Zaks Academy Austral. Courtney has gone above and beyond to make sure our daughter receives the best care possible. We highly recommend the centre.

Dear Staff and managemnt at Little Zak's Austral Thank you all for taking care of my children, all educators are so beautiful and approachable and friendly. To me I feel they are sisters. They are so caring and nurturing. My children love and know all educators,happy to be there every day. They are there for 4 days. Educationally they are the best in this area, they wont be anywhere else. Despite how young they are but the knowledge they have is beyond expectations for their age. I appriciate all the help and support. Not just to me but to all families.

Feel very fortunate to have found this daycare for my son. Very warm and welcoming. Very caring, positive and happy teachers all the time. Absolutely love the staff and educators there, you guys are best. They take such good care of each and every child which really makes my life easier. The kids settled there real quick and I will recommend little zak's academy to other parents and family. Big thank you to Mona, khaleda, Bernadette, Chandi , Jasmine, Dana Arti and ALL the educators there. You all just beyond amazing. Keep up the good job.

Why do I hear your educators yelling at kids every time I am at the childcare? I literally heard Rokeya shouting at kids, "enough is enough." Is this even age appropriate language to the kids, like you think they would understand and behave? There were also a couple of occasions I saw Jayde focused on taking a good photo of a kid rather than taking care of another kid who needed attention and support at that moment. Kids are always crying or playing by themselves in this center, I doubt there're enough activities to occupy the kids

I would like to thank all the educators at Little Zak’s Austral. My child enjoyed her time at the centre. She was always happy and had a smile every time she attended the centre. The educators took great care of my child and she learnt so much at Little Zak’s. The educators in the Inventors room were always approachable, kind and compassionate and helped us through out are journey at the centre. I’m grateful to all the educators who made a positive impact on my child’s life. Sadly I will miss all the kind and friendly staff at Little Zak’s as my child will be embarking on her new journey at big school. Thank you all and we as her parents appreciate all your hard work.

It is a nice place don’t get me wrong but some of the workers there are too busy, calling me while I’m at work all day with concerns that can be spoken too at the end of the day, no respect for us parents at work

Our experience with this daycare has been disappointing. There’s a lack of personal connection, and parents are left to rely solely on the app, which often provides incomplete reports. Messaging through the app is hit or miss – you’re lucky if someone actually responds. As parents who have experienced other childcare centres, we were hoping for more personal feedback and communication here, but that has not been our experience. I’m also still waiting for a refund, and no one has replied regarding its status. Overall, I would not recommend this centre if you value clear communication and a personal approach
