Our yoga sessions offer children a calm, nurturing space to connect with their bodies, build strength, and develop emotional awareness. Through gentle movement, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices, children learn strategies to regulate their emotions, improve concentration, and develop confidence in their physical abilities.

Fitness – Building Strong Bodies and Confident Movers
Our fitness program encourages children to participate in fun, energetic activities that strengthen gross motor skills and support healthy physical development. Through obstacle courses, group games, and targeted movement experiences, children build coordination, balance, endurance, and a lifelong love of being active.

Cooking – Exploring Culture, Curiosity, and Community Through Food
The cooking program invites children to explore a wide range of cultural traditions and celebrations through hands‑on food experiences. Children learn about ingredients, flavours, and cooking techniques while developing independence, fine motor skills, and an appreciation for the diverse communities that shape our world.

Lunch and Languages – Celebrating Identity and Strengthening Connections
During Lunch and Languages, children are encouraged to share and use their home languages as a bridge to connection, belonging, and cultural pride. Educators model inclusive language practices, helping children recognise the value of multilingualism and supporting them to build relationships through communication.

Indigenous Program – Honouring First Nations Culture and History
Our Indigenous Program provides children with meaningful opportunities to learn about and respect the rich cultures, histories, and contributions of First Nations peoples. Through storytelling, art, music, and connection to Country, children develop an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and the importance of reconciliation.

Inclusion & Diversity Program – Learning to Embrace and Celebrate Differences
The Inclusion Program helps children understand what inclusion looks and feels like in their everyday world. Through guided discussions, stories, and collaborative play, children learn to recognise strengths in themselves and others, build empathy, and create welcoming, supportive relationships with their peers.

Sustainable Living – Growing Environmental Awareness and Responsibility
Children engage in practical experiences that build their understanding of sustainability and our shared responsibility to care for the environment. Through recycling, reusing materials, conserving resources, and learning about ecosystems, children develop lifelong habits that support a healthier planet.

Gardening – Connecting with Nature and Growing Our Own Food
Our gardening program teaches children how to nurture plants, understand life cycles, and appreciate where food comes from. By planting, watering, harvesting, and tasting their own produce, children develop patience, responsibility, and a deep connection to the natural world.

Educational Program

Our Educational Program offers children hands-on intentional learning experiences specifically designed to meet the family's goals as well as reach their developmental milestones. Children are supported to develop an understanding of identity, community, wellbeing, confidence as learners, effective communicators, resilience and growth mindset.

Families have the unique opportunity to select learning goals for their child to develop the creation of an individual learning plan.

These skills are necessary for many aspects of self-care as children, for example: putting on shoes, feeding themselves, and cleaning their teeth. Fine motor skills are also critical for the development of emergent writing.

The centre is proud to have a qualified cook onsite each day, preparing five nutritious meals that support children’s growth, wellbeing, and energy levels. Our daily menu includes breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late afternoon snack, all thoughtfully planned to offer a balance of whole foods, fresh produce, and age‑appropriate portions.

We work closely with families to accommodate allergies, cultural preferences, and individual dietary requirements, ensuring every child feels included and safe at mealtimes. Our approach promotes healthy eating habits, encourages children to try new foods, and supports their developing independence through positive mealtime routines. Alongside our nutrition program, we actively foster physical activity and movement throughout the day, helping children build strong bodies, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits.
