Our daughter has attended this childcare since she was just 4 months old and is now heading off to school this year. Over the past five years, we have watched her grow, learn, and thrive in ways we couldn’t have imagined. The learning experiences have been wonderful, with weekly gymnastics and swimming being a highlight that she absolutely loves. The educators are truly amazing many of them have been with her since she first started, which has created such a strong sense of trust, loving bond and care. She adores her teachers, and we’ve always felt confident knowing she was in such capable and nurturing hands. The large outdoor play yard and engaging learning environment have played a huge role in her development, both socially and emotionally. Saying goodbye after five years will be incredibly bittersweet, but we are so grateful for everything this childcare has given our family. We couldn’t recommend a better place for children to learn, grow, and feel loved.

In my experience, the management at this centre is very poor. It feels like they focus more on the business side rather than genuinely caring for the children’s well-being and development. I would not recommend this centre based on what I have seen. There are many better options nearby that offer a more caring and supportive environment for children.

They will bleed you dry with hidden fees charged because their system is unstable. When you are forced to move your children because one is miserable in Collards' care, management will force your traumatised children to keep attending for 4 weeks. All for the $$.

Absolutely so greatful that we found Collards for our son, we moved him from another centre and it was the best thing we did. Paige, Swati and Hannah and so caring and we feel so at ease having them in his care. Helen is also so great for any questions or communication we need she's always prompt and great to talk to. The facilities are nice and clean and our son loves the food cooked fresh by the chef.

It’s been a month that I’ve been with this center and they’re great. The educators are amazing. Swati, Paige and Hannah are super caring, supportive and kind. I can go to work with ease of mind. The management is also fantastic

My son has been attending Collards Family Kindergarten since he was 4 months old he has now been there for 2 years. He settled in really well and he looks forward to attending each day. The educators are great and he has formed really good bonds with each of them. Highly recommend

Undoubtedly one of the best childcare centers in Melbourne My little princess favourite educators Swati and Suman they both is the best 10/10 I cannot recommend it highly enough. My daughter has been attending Collard Family Kindergarten for only 4 weeks , and it has truly become her second home. Every morning, she eagerly runs toward her play room, excited to start her day. My husband and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this place and have loved it from day one we went for the orientation ❤️ The space, both indoor and outdoor, is fantastic. It's spacious and beautifully designed, with each room having its own facilities for various activities. Despite being a good size center, it maintains a family-like atmosphere. Swati the room leader, and her exceptional team Suman are remarkable at fostering this sense of community. They offer numerous extra activities for parents, families and for the children. They genuinely care for each child, always being welcoming and helpful, with great attention to detail. A special shoutout goes to the fantastic team of educators Swati and Suman. I am continually impressed and incredibly grateful for their outstanding work. They have wonderful relationships with every child, and the energy in the rooms is always high, regardless of the time of day. There are always plenty of activities, laughter, and happiness. So happy we chose to send our son to Collards! The facilities are beautiful and modern, the staff are exceptional and our little one loves the days he gets to spend here. We feel so welcome and comfortable here.

My two girls have gone to this centre. It is by far the most accountable centre I have used. This was the third centre one my girls went to due to moving house and her previous one had zero feedback on her progress. So to come to this centre where I get weekly feedback on what skills they have been working on such as hand eye coordination, learning their colours etc. they go as far as making practical educational toys from cardboard for the kids to play/learn with, which I think is amazing as it gets the children to develop their creativity as well. In addition they have an educator appointed to work with every child like for some time and they work a on particular skill. It could be learning numbers or reading books to increase a child’s vocabulary. They have developmental goals for each child. The managers are so responsive, helpful and educators sooo friendly and caring. Such a lovely bunch of educators. I cant speak highly enough of this centre.
