My kids absolutely loved attending this childcare centre It’s clean, safe and kids always came home happy (and exhausted which was my favourite bit) Highly recommend for a close, family owned business

As a parent, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The quality of education is truly wonderful, and it shows in the thoughtful, engaging activities the children participate in every day. There’s always something meaningful planned, and it’s clear how much care goes into the program. The kinder program is run exceptionally well by Jaspreet and Kiara—they are nurturing, organised, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. The management team is also fantastic; they are present every day, actively engaging with both the children and families, which creates such a warm and supportive environment. It’s a welcoming, centre and we highly recommend Collards to any local families looking for quality care and education.

Collards has been such a great place for our family. Coming from overseas with little family support in Australia, they have gone over and above to make us feel welcome. My daughters have made friends and we have connected with other parents who are now our friends too. The girls just love going to kinder and the teachers have been great. We can’t thank the team enough.

I was so nerves about going back to work and finding the right place for my son. I toured 5 centres and kept coming back to how I felt going to Collards childcare. I’m so happy we found this place for our son. He is so happy. He made good friends. They have a therapy dog 🐶 who my son loves and asked about everyday. The teachers are so kind and really care for him. I get daily updates about what he is learning. We have had such a wonderful year at Collards.

We very happy to send our baby to Collards Childcare. Since our baby started, everyone has been very warm and feel like home. The environment is clean, very lovely and comfortable for our family. All the staff always smiling and welcoming, very kind to us and our baby. We also really appreciate the regular updates and check-ins from the team, it make us feel they really care. Our baby is always so happy to go to Paige every morning, this give us peace of mind. We feel very grateful and highly recommend Collards Childcare to other families 😊

As a dad of two daughters, I can honestly say finding this centre was the best thing for our family. We were previously at another centre, so we were really happy when we found Collard’s. Our girls have been here for three years and have loved the educators Pinky & Kiara they are so caring, supportive and really kind with my daughters. Our eldest daughter has just started school and the kinder program at Collard’s prepared her so well for school. She left confident and ready for the next step. We’re so grateful we found Collard’s and highly recommend it to other families.

I would not recommend this daycare based on our experience. There were several concerning issues during the time my child attended. One of the most alarming situations was the way the owners attempted to push a diagnosis regarding my daughter. They repeatedly spoke about her behaviour in a way that suggested something was “wrong” and implied she needed to be assessed, despite not being qualified medical or developmental professionals. As a parent this felt extremely inappropriate and overstepping their role. Due to the ongoing pressure and comments from the centre, I spent hundreds of dollars having my child assessed by multiple professionals. Every professional we saw advised that there was nothing wrong with my child developmentally or behaviourally. In fact, some raised concerns that the daycare environment itself may have been contributing to the issues the centre was describing rather than my child. It was also extremely upsetting that my child was excluded from external activities due to a “behaviour” concern. Being left behind while other children participated had a significant emotional impact on her. Since this situation my child has developed anxiety around school environments and her confidence has been noticeably affected. No child should be made to feel excluded in a place that is meant to support their development and wellbeing. There also appeared to be a very high turnover of staff, which created a lack of consistency for the children. Stable relationships with educators are extremely important for young children, and the constant changes were concerning. Management and communication were also poor. Concerns were often dismissed rather than addressed professionally, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, our experience left us feeling unsupported and deeply disappointed. For these reasons, we ultimately chose to move our children immediately.

We’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with the teachers at Collards! Our daughter loves going to kindergarten each day—she comes home singing new songs and talking about her friends. The teachers are warm, nurturing, and always greet her with a big smile. We love the daily updates through the app and the variety of activities they plan for the children. A special shoutout to Jaspreet and Kiara, who have been amazing! We highly recommend anyone looking for a great centre to go to Collards.

My daughter loves it, always puts her arms out for her teachers. I get amazing photos of her while she is in each day and updates on what activities they do with her. We couldn’t happier. Paige, Pinky and Noby do a wonderful job. Thank you
