What a beautiful centre! As soon as you walk in, you feel calm and welcomed! The centre manager is lovely and so helpful! The amazing team really care about the children in their care! I would highly recommend this centre! ❤️

We were initially very hesitant about sending our daughter to childcare due to some health concerns early in her life, which made it difficult to trust others with her care. We toured many centres and almost gave up on the idea entirely, as nothing felt right. We then did a spontaneous pop-in tour of Little Stars… and were genuinely impressed. Crystal is incredibly professional and clearly prioritises both the children and the smooth running of the centre. One thing that stood out immediately was that educators are assigned to specific rooms, and there’s a clear emphasis on team cohesion. Even on an unannounced visit, all rooms were tidy, and the children were clean, settled, and well cared for. The level of care is evident in everything they do. The educators take the time to understand my child’s individual interests and actively build on them to support her development. The updates we receive reflect genuine attention and engagement. They also invest in what the children are interested in.. for example, having chickens on site and introducing more animals based on the children’s curiosity, which my daughter absolutely loves. Flexibility has also been a huge benefit for us as shift workers. Our roster isn’t always predictable, but Crystal consistently accommodates additional days when needed, which has made a significant difference for our family. I also want to acknowledge the extra effort the team puts into communication. On days when I feel anxious.. whether due to teething or general worry.. they go above and beyond with updates and photos. That level of reassurance means more than I can express. We were particularly concerned about illness, but after more than two months, the worst our daughter has experienced is a mild runny nose. This reflects the high standards of cleanliness and the centre’s practices, such as keeping rooms separate and minimising cross-contact. The centre also has a strong focus on community involvement, with regular excursions (such as visits to the library) and incursions (including aged care visits, music, and sports programs). It’s clear they aim to provide a well-rounded and engaging experience for the children. Our daughter has formed a beautiful bond with one of the educators in her room, and through the updates and photos, it’s obvious how much care and warmth she receives each day. Knowing she is safe, supported, and genuinely cared for has made all the difference for us. To Neelima, Vanessa, Subo, Tatiana, and the rest of the team who care for Isla … thank you. The work you do matters, and we are incredibly grateful and genuinely feel so at peace with the care you give to Isla. We truly couldn’t be happier with this centre. It has made what could have been a stressful transition feel easy and reassuring. As we’re currently house hunting, one of our non-negotiables is staying close to Little Stars… we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. You are all such truely special people, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the care you give to our baby.

Little stars was recommended by my sister to me, and ever since the first visit I’ve been loving this place, and my daughter’s growth and happiness confirmed my decision was right. Both my daughter and my niece are now with little stars, and I can see how happy they are. My daughter could barely understand English when she first joined, after a month she was able to understand most of the basic communication, the educators in her room are so loving and patient, and the Centre director is absolutely amazing, they genuinely care about the children and as a parent, I could not ask for a better Centre.

My daughter has been going to little stars for a year now during this time I have watched my girl thrive not only in learning but her personality and confidence which is a reflection on the educators. I find the educators here are passionate about what they do with their involvement with the kids. Also mentioning the food they get is highly nutritious and always looks fresh and amazing. I love how I get regular updates through their parenting app it makes me feel at ease knowing my daughter is being cared for. The manager Crystal is absolutely incredible she is always bubbly and smiling when I drop off and pick up my daughter and my daughter always lights up when she sees her that just says it all. This is hands down the best childcare I can’t imagine sending my daughter anywhere else.

We are very happy with the care our son receives at Little Stars Mill Park; the staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, the facilities are excellent and well designed for children, and the centre is always clean and well maintained, which gives us great peace of mind. We highly recommend this childcare to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and high-quality environment for their child.
