We couldn’t be happier with the care our child receives here. From day one, the staff have been so warm, patient, and genuinely loving. Our little one runs in with a smile every morning and comes home full of stories, songs, and new skills. It’s clear how much thought and heart goes into every activity, and the environment is always safe, clean, and welcoming. Knowing our child is happy and well cared for gives us complete peace of mind. Highly recommend to any family looking for amazing childcare!

Our family has two children attending Goodstart Mill Park – University Drive full-time (5 days a week), and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our choice. What really stands out to us is how long many of the staff have been here. If I’m not mistaken, most educators have been working at the centre for at least five years, and some have been here for nearly 20 years. That alone says a lot about the positive work environment and how much the educators genuinely care about the children. Something we truly appreciate is that even educators who don’t teach our children directly still know every child by name, and even remember siblings — whether they are currently at the centre or have already moved on to primary or secondary school. It really shows that the care here is personal and genuine, not just part of the job. On the admin side, Stacey is always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we have questions or need support, she explains everything clearly and always finds a solution. It makes such a difference for parents. Taylor and Yin are amazing — not just as educators, but as people. They’ve built such strong, trusting relationships with the children. Our child feels comfortable and safe talking to them openly and privately whenever needed, which means so much to us as parents. In the nursery room, Mandi and Natalie are just as wonderful. They notice even the smallest details, like when our child had a slight haircut, and always speak to the children in such a warm, natural, and caring way. Those little moments make us feel completely at ease. There are also many other staff members across the centre who know our children by name and remember them so naturally, almost like family. That level of care and connection is what makes us feel truly comfortable and confident leaving our children here. We’re so grateful that our children get to grow up in such a warm, caring, and supportive environment. ❤️

We've had a wonderful experience with this daycare centre. Our son has been attending for the past 12 months, and during that time the carers have consistently been friendly, caring and responsive. The centre management are most professional and helpful. I’ve noticed so many positive changes in my son since he started here. Thank you to the entire team for the fantastic work you do!

We are very happy with Goodstart Mill Park. My 3-year-old daughter attends the centre and loves it. All the educators and staff members are caring, friendly, and very supportive. The centre director Neeru is approachable and does a great job managing the centre. It feels safe, welcoming, and well organised. As a parent, it gives me peace of mind knowing my child is happy and well cared for every day. Highly recommend this centre to other families.

Couldn’t be happier with this centre We’ve had a great experience at Goodstart Early Learning Mill Park – University Drive. The educators are friendly, caring, and genuinely invested in the kids. From day one, they made us feel comfortable and confident leaving our child in their care. The team does an amazing job creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment. Our child is always happy going in and comes home smiling, which says a lot as a parent. The activities are engaging and well thought out, and communication with parents is clear and consistent. The centre is always clean and well run, and you can really tell the staff care about what they do. We’re very grateful for the support and care they provide and would absolutely recommend this centre to other families looking for quality childcare.

Took our son to this centre for one week to realise that nappies were not changed frequently and that nappy rash cream was not provided. We would have expected to be told from the start once they noticed our son didn’t have any cream in his bag. Unfortunately that didn’t happen until later in the week. On the Friday (a very hot day) upon picking my son up I was told he had a bad nappy rash. It was so bad (extensively red and flaking) that it raised questions. I didn’t have a record of the daily nappy changes so that had to wait the following week. When I was finally able to look at the record, I saw his soiled nappy had not been changed for almost 5 hours (on a 30-degree day!). My son ended up developing a fungal infection which we are now treating with antibiotics. I was able to get my son out of the centre fairly quickly as the centre director agreed to waive the notice period. However, I am yet to receive an official report of the incident which I would expect them to lodge with the department of education as per childcare requirements. By my son’s last day at that centre, no one from the centre took accountability and came to talk with me about what had happened, which to me says a lot of the lack of thorough processes and child-centred approach. Additionally, daily records of meals, naps and nappy changes were not shared at all (only once did we receive a record via the app, and seems whilst their process is to share this on a daily basis, it often falls through the cracks).

Honestly, I am so glad that I found this centre. I was always hesitant of chain owned centres, but after a bad experience with a different child care - I wanted to give this place a chance after getting good vibes from the tour. My 2 kids have been there a few months now, and my only regret is not sending them sooner. Amazing, qualified and nurturing educators. Management provide them with trust to care for our little ones, and they do such an amazing job of it!! They are always engaged with the kids, and it’s so obvious that the focus here is the kids!! I couldn’t recommend this place more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Response to the owner - my daughter Sophie has attended your facility for a few years. I would have thought that, given I share the same last name with my daughter, you could have worked it out. ‘Oh, we have a child on our books named Sophie Mitton. Then we get a rating from Nathan Mitton. No idea who he could possibly be related to - unable to verify’. This seems to aptly typify what goes on here. There is no point in me calling anyone at your self proclaimed ‘women-owned’ facility, to discuss anything. Your ‘educators’ played a role in trying to alienate my daughter from me. I’m disgusted by some of what occurred at your centre, and I certainly will not be wasting any time trying to ‘discuss’ it with you. The daily updates on StoryPark are riddled with facile spelling and grammatical errors. There’s also a lot I could say about the daily photos, but I won’t even start down that path. This isn’t great, but I could deal with it in the absence of better options. If only some of the ‘educators’ made half an effort to pretend to be fair. I cannot recommend anyone take their child to this place. Especially separated men. This place has a lot of good reviews, but as another reviewer has already noted, and my experience confirms, as a separated male you will be demonised and looked down on. The absolute, total, and complete lack of compassion, understanding, and care from people who are supposed to be playing a role in raising our children is disgraceful. It’s actually heartless.
