My daughter Vianna has attended OAC melb central last year for 6 months and our experience is very excellent. All teachers are welcoming, caring and nurturing to the kids. My daughter even though she is just 3.5 years has learned alot from letter number familiarization to writing her own name. She has built confidence and social skills and friendship. We had a very positive experience at the OAC Melbourne Centre. We observed significant growth in our daughter throughout all phases of her development. Initially, she was very shy and reluctant to interact with her peer group; however, with consistent support and encouragement from the educators, she gradually became more confident and engaged. All staff members were exceptionally caring, supportive, and professional. As a first-time parent sending my child to childcare, I had many questions, and the OAC team was always patient, understanding, and reassuring. Our daughter’s final day was very emotional for us, and both my daughter and I miss the team greatly. A heartfelt thank you to Negar, Sarah, and Xinyu for their outstanding care and support.

Our family has been with OAC since 2019, and now our daughter is part of the OAC family. The continuity and stability of the educators is outstanding many of the same caring staff who guided our son until he started school in 2023 are still there today. OAC provides a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children quickly feel comfortable and thrive. We also appreciate their support during COVID-19 with the Grow at Home program, as well as their celebration of diversity through multicultural festivals. OAC truly lives up to its name—Only About Children!

We’ve had such a positive experience at OAC Melb Central and would truly recommend anyone interested to (at the very least) come for a tour! In addition to being located at such a convenient and central mall, the educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely care for the children. Our daughter settled in so quick when she joined last year and it gave us confidence and a peace of mind that she feels safe and happy. In the last few months, as she progressed from toddler to pre-school rooms, her educators were so committed to help and teach her navigate social situations as well as standing up for herself. As a parent, it is incredibly heartwarming to observe our daughter’s confidence bloom as she enters this next phase. Negar, Katie, Precious, Xinyu and team, we are so thankful and grateful for your support and for being a part of our village.

The indoor playground is spacious and always clean, providing a safe and fun space for the kids to play & learn. The teachers are fantastic—attentive and always keep us well-informed about our child’s progress. Very happy with the care and environment at this center!

Spending three weeks at OAC Melbourne Central was an amazing experience. I was lucky to be mentored by Fanny, who made space for me to ask questions, explore new responsibilities, and reflect on my practice. Her calm, encouraging presence gave me the confidence to step into the role and make the most of every learning opportunity. Negar, the campus director, was also incredibly supportive. Throughout my placement, I also worked alongside a fantastic team – Nat, Estella and Ahri in particular. Whether it was sharing insight into children’s development, walking me through daily routines, or simply offering encouragement when things felt new and unfamiliar, their guidance helped me make the most of my experience and grow as an educator. What stood out most was the centre’s commitment to putting children at the heart of everything. Every interaction was intentional and the environment was thoughtfully designed. I walked away from this placement not just with new skills, but with a stronger sense of purpose and direction. I’m incredibly grateful to have learned in such a supportive, inspiring environment—and I’d wholeheartedly recommend this centre to anyone looking for a meaningful and empowering placement experience.

I completed my student placement at Only About Children – Melbourne Central and had a fantastic experience. The educators are professional, supportive, and genuinely care about the children. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully set up for babies and toddlers.
