The managers are fantastic—always approachable, professional, and genuinely care about the wellbeing of the children and families. They offer a wide range of engaging programs that both teach and entertain, catering to different learning styles and interests. It’s clear the educators put a lot of thought and care into everything they do. I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality early childhood education in the heart of Melbourne. My son has been attending to Melbourne good start since 1 year old. It has been more than 2 years since and we... My son has been attending to Melbourne good start since 1 year old. It has been more than 2 years since and we feel so comfortable and proud of talking about our child care! We really feel good start educators and team members are part of our family members to raise our son. My son loves good start and enjoys so much, I can tell how happy he is the day he attends child care. Melbourne good start provides lots of festive events like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter and Xmas party at inflatable world!! They always invite us to participate in the activities with kids so we can feel their atmosphere and see how kids are interacting with other kids each other. Communication through story park and face to face with educators is thorough and we feel reassured to leave our son there. We are so lucky to be part of good start Melbourne family and cannot stop appreciating their hardwork! Especially big thank you to director Emily! Our daughter started at Goodstart when she was only 11 months old and she will have her graduation ceremony in the next few... Our daughter started at Goodstart when she was only 11 months old and she will have her graduation ceremony in the next few weeks. It has been a wonderful journey for her and she always looks forward to her day care. The centre provides so many stimulating programs and activities to engage children including Chines lessons as well as taking children out for excursions. We would like to extend a special thanks for her first educator Rachel - thank you for always being there when our daughter were in need. My child has been at this centre for the last year and a half and we love it! The staff are very caring and... My child has been at this centre for the last year and a half and we love it! The staff are very caring and attentive to both parents and each child and I've always felt very welcomed and heard. Everyone always looks happy to be there and the children learn so much while having a lot of fun. The space is great and well equipped with a great outdoor space and plenty of things to play with. We especially love that they encourage each child's interests, the children are really thriving. My child has made bounds while at the centre and I couldn't recommend them enough for nurturing little ones. Read more

I am very happy with this centre. I have been to other centres in the CBD and note that the staff here are... I am very happy with this centre. I have been to other centres in the CBD and note that the staff here are happy. When I toured, some of them told me about their good access to CPD, and learning from each other. Their leadership cares about the staff, you can see they care about each other. This gives them the time and space to plan wonderful activities for my child, and give me honest feedback about their day. I can also see their various safety plans on the walls and it is reassuring compared with how this is done in other places. Read more
