We would like to sincerely thank Kids on Collins for taking such wonderful care of our daughter over the past year. The growth and transformation we have seen in her has been truly remarkable. When she first started at the centre, she was only speaking single words. Over time, with the support and guidance of her educators, she began forming full sentences, became more confident, independent, and was able to express herself so much better. She was also successfully toilet trained by her educators, which was a huge milestone for us as parents. Our daughter was exceptionally well looked after, and one of the things we appreciated most was the low staff turnover compared to other centres we’ve experienced. This consistency made an enormous difference, as the educators truly got to know her personality, needs, and strengths, and played a big role in helping her thrive. We were always kept informed about her day-to-day activities, progress, and changes, which gave us great peace of mind. She made many close friends at the centre, and since starting school this year, she often asks about them and wonders why they aren’t at her new school with her. That alone speaks volumes about the strong bonds she formed during her time here. A very special thank you to her educators Morag and Adrienne, as well as the entire team — Jenn, Russell, Jodi, and everyone else who’s name I missed, I apologies — for their dedication, care, and warmth. We have seen so many positive changes and milestones in Himari, and she often tells us that she wants to go back to Kids on Collins because she misses everyone there. Thank you once again for everything you have done. We cannot recommend Kids on Collins highly enough to anyone looking for a childcare provider in the Melbourne CBD.

Cannot recommend KOC enough. A mum of 3 kids - and over the years have attended 3 different childcare centres/kinders. KOC is hands down the best - no comparison. Reasons: - Longevity + high quality of educators - centre manager + education lead; - Excellent communication with parents - everyone knows you + are ALWAYS happy to chat and help with any queries; - Clean + child focused; - Kinder teachers are extremely, extremely good - made a huge difference with transition to school + social development; -Excellent activities (ie sport program, music program, circus program - run on various days of the week) NB: I returned to work when my son was 8 months old, KOC supported me to attend the centre + breastfeed him every day during my lunchbreak. If I got held up at work, I would simply call/email and they would delay his nap/routine so I could attend + breastfeed. It made returning to work a BREEZE, as I didnt need to pump, as I fed on drop off, lunch + pick up. I also would play with my son for the remainder of my lunch break (after the feed), and KOC would give me access to a music room (always empty at that time) and I'd have the whole room just me and my son, so I could read to him and play with him. It was such a special time and made the transition to daycare very easy for him. For my eldest - we reduced our KOC days and attended a free sessional kinder in our local area and also attended KOC. I really noticed the quality difference between the KOC kinder program (exceptional) and sessional kinder (ok-ish). The KOC kinder teachers are amazing, they put a lot of thought into the program, provide exceptional feedback and are always happy to chat. I hope this review has helped future parents looking for a daycare centre/kinder. I'd describe myself as having very high expectations, so I've been very grateful that KOC has exceeded my expectations.

Kids on Colllins is the best. Jenn, the Centre Director runs the tight ship and safety first. The staff at KoC really cares about our daughter and us as a family since she went there at her 6 months old, especially we don't have any extended family support here. As the first time parents, they have been supporting us through the period. We went to another centre for a couple of days for a higher daily rate for a period of the time in Williamstown, they prove that Kids on Collins is the best as the team really care about children and parents. I am a high standard and can be demanding at times - but, this place ticks all the boxes for 1.5 years! Highly recommended.

We've been with KoC for the last 10 years and they've been wonderful for our two boys in terms of development, care, friendships, support, etc - you name it. Will be a sad day when we are no longer walking through their doors/our boys are grown up. Rate them very highly.

KOC to my boys and us is more than a centre, the staff/educators and management team are also our friends, families and communities. The experiences we have are extraordinary and beyond our expectation. The genuine care, love, support and individual focused education process have been terrific for both of my boys. Before I enrolled my son here, they were super friendly and answered all enquiries with speed. Now that he has started his first few weeks here, he has been having an amazing time. We get constant updates on his day with so many activities. He immediately learn new skills!! There always seem to be many educators who look after the room and everyone is always ready to be all-hands-on-deck.

Great place with great educators that helped my daughter a lot with settling in a new environment. Would definitely recommend it and thank you Savannah and Urji!

We feel so grateful to be part of the Kids On Collins family for many years now, which has been a second home for both our kids. The educators are extremely welcoming, caring, and genuinely invested in our child’s growth and happiness. The environment is safe, nurturing, and full of engaging activities that encourage creativity, independence, and social skills. Our toddler has developed confidence and excitement about learning, and we’ve noticed such wonderful progress in his communication and social interactions. The staff are attentive and approachable, always keeping us updated about our child’s day and milestones, which gives us so much reassurance as parents. The centre also places a great emphasis on play-based learning, healthy routines, and inclusivity, which we truly value. It’s heartwarming to see our child run into the centre each morning with a big smile. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our kids to start their early learning journey.
