We've loved Guardian Tempe - but most of all our daughter has loved Guardian Tempe! Our daughter has been attending for a little over 3 years, since she was 2 years old. It took her 7 months to settle in at day care, but that was because she was very attached to me. The staff did everything they could to settle her. And she was only unsettled at drop off. As soon as I left she was happy, she participated in activities, she thrived and she was coming home happy. Our daughter connected with an educator in her Toddler room, and that beautiful educator made sure she was always around to welcome our daughter and be with her to offer her stability and a familiar face each day she attended. I'm pleased to say that this beautiful educator is still with Guardian Tempe and has still been involved in my daughter's education and care in pre-school as well! As a parent, this is one of the many things I noticed - staff turnover. There isn't a lot of staff turnover. Sure, you'll get some people leaving for various reasons, but generally speaking, the staff I met 3 years ago are still there! I still see beautiful, smiling faces each time I drop off my daughter. The new faces that have joined in the last 3 years are also still around - and are all fabulous. Honestly each and every staff member I have had the delight to speak with has been amazing. They do a really hard job!! And yet we're always greeted with a smile, there are new activities each day for the kids, their creativity is abundant and their love and enthusiasm is apparent. I have walked in to the Centre many times over the years and have heard many cheers and laughter coming from the children - they've been learning something awesome with their teachers! What a great sound to walk in to! Management is great also! ANY time I have wanted to discuss something with them, they have ALWAYS made time to chat with me. My emails are responded to promptly. Feedback is given to us at the end of each day. And our daughter is happy. So much so, that she pretends she is her teachers at home, with her toys. Our daughter has thrived at Guardian Tempe. She has become so much more confident, she has developed great self-help skills, she plays so well with her friends there - she has genuinely developed a connection with other like minded children because their friendships are encouraged and fostered at this lovely day care and education facility. Finally, I'd like to give a huge shout out to the amazing chef, who is onsite every day and cooks the most delicious smelling and nutritious food for the kids. The morning tea and afternoon tea platters look great! Clean, colourful, delicious food. And such a friendly and funny man! He engages so nicely with the children, in a funny and fun manner, but most of all he ensures he is delivering great food to them each and every day. Our daughter is off to school soon and we will all miss coming to Guardian Tempe each day. Thank you so much Tempe Team!

My granddaughter has blossomed in so many ways over four years she has been at this centre. The centre is always clean and cheerful. She loves the food. The staff are happy, involved and approachable. She loves learning new skills like growing food and flowers, serving and cooking food. I love the way they use ‘Storypark’ advising the grown ups the skills their children are learning, such as putting on their own sunscreen, so we can support at home. And of course the photographs. Thank you to all the staff at the centre, you have been an integral part of my granddaughter’s development, enthusiasm to learn and confidence to tackle the new and unknown. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Guardian Childcare & Education Tempe. The educators are very caring, patient, and professional. They always make sure the children feel safe, happy, and supported. The communication with parents is excellent, and the daily updates help me feel connected to my child’s learning and activities. The centre is clean, well-organised, and provides a warm environment for children to grow and explore. I truly appreciate the dedication of the staff and the quality of care they provide. Highly recommended for any family looking for a nurturing and reliable childcare centre.

I was disappointed with the level of professionalism at this centre. The teachers repeatedly pointed out issues but did not provide any practical steps or solutions to support my child. Communication felt negative and judgmental rather than supportive. There was no collaboration with parents or individualized development plan for the child. This environment did not feel nurturing or growth-focused.

My son got bitten twice in 1 day without reporting the second one. Educators in toddler room are so careless and irresponsible. When I went to pick up my son, they showed me bite mark but didn’t inform that it was a second incident. I had to find out myself when undress him for a bath.

Couldn’t speak more highly of Guardian Childcare Tempe. Our son has been going there for 18 months now and we can’t thank the team ( special mention to the toddler room team) for the care, dedication, guidance, patience and love they have given our son. He took some time to adjust but since starting back in April 2024 his development in both language, social skills and his own identity has just continue to flourish. Thank you to everyone at Guardian Tempe for setting the bar high for an exceptional daycare.

Both of my children started here when they were just 9 months old. My daughter, who has since graduated, still speaks fondly of her time there — a testament to the lasting, positive impact it had on her early years. My son is currently in the toddler room and absolutely thrives. He is always excited to go each day, and that peace of mind as a parent is truly invaluable. The educators feel like an extension of our family — so warm, attentive, and deeply caring. They create a nurturing and encouraging environment for my child to thrive and foster relationships with educators and other children.
