Solecharge Nanny/After School Carer

Caring for children ranging in age from newborn to teenage years where activities and duties have included getting the children up and ready for school in the mornings, ensuring they have everything they need for the day at school, packing school bags, morning tea and lunches, organising daily outings, full-time care during school holidays, attending after school activities, preparing evening meals, assisting with homework and projects and all associated household duties.


September 2008 – November 2012

I worked as a qualified child care educator at Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Burleigh for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years old. While working over there I had to take observations, program and plan activities of children’s interests and suitable for that certain age group. I worked in Nursery, Junior Kindy, Senior Kindy, Preschool and After School Care, I also have experience in the Office as I was the 2IC of our Centre, working along with director and relieving her when she was away.
I have also had experience with additional needs in the Early Childhood setting, especially with a child who attended the service that was diagnosed with Down Syndrome. I cared and supported the child with physical and mental disabilities.

June 2008 – September 2008

I worked as a casual child care qualified staff at ABC Robina Groves for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. While working over there I had to follow programmed activities and put them in practice.

January 2006 – February 2008

I worked as a private Nanny for the Hemmes family. I worked 20 hours per week and plan and deliver meals and various activities for the children.


April 2007 – July 2007

I worked as a child care qualified staff at Master Kid’s Child Care Centre for children aged 2 to 4. While working over there I had to observe, program and plan activities of there interests and suitable for that certain age of group.

January 2004 – December 2005

I worked as a private nanny for the Salincher family with 3 children aged 4, 2 and 7 mths old. I took care of the daily needs of children and planned activities and meals.


March 203 – December 2005

I work as a housekeeper at The Establishment Hotel in Sydney. I used to clean bedrooms, help customers taking them to their rooms and work in a team environment with a diversity of staff.


April 2002 – December 2002

I taught primary aged students at Paúba School in Brazil. I taught many subjects including Portuguese and English. While at Paúba School as a member of the academic staff I was responsible for programming and planning for all students in my care.


March 2001 – December 2001

I was the Teacher in a 2 year old room at the Ant Marisa kindergarten in Brazil. I learned planning and programming skills and worked closely with other teachers in delivering curriculum.

March 1999 – December 1999

I worked as a casual teacher, and taught children aged 2 to 10 years old. I worked at various schools teaching many subjects.
