Career Statement

As a childcare professional with a number of years' experience, across a range of care modes, I am seeking new employment as a Nanny with a fun, positive and professional focus.  I am 38 years old, fit, well-presented and enthusiastic with a genuine love for working with children.

I have been in a lovely nanny position caring for a 3.5 year old boy in Kawana, 2 days per week (8hr shifts) while there Nanny was on holiday.  I was also responsible for the care of his 3 school aged siblings when they arrived home from school.

Duties:  Assistant to the teacher in a kindergarten class of 18-22 children on an 8 hour day rotating shift, 4 days per week.  During my time here I was responsible for setting up the room in the morning and packing down at the end of the day.  Supervising children at all times, food handling, cleaning, organising daily activities, developing social skills, building learning techniques, readiness for pre-primary.  Programming, recording each childs development and reporting.
